Hi!

I’m the candidate for Israel NT manager.
I’ve been playing Sokker since 12.06.2004.

My achievements:
I am playing in Polish Third Division.
I was the manager of Nigeria NT in Sokker.

National team:
I've got a great experience with many tactics. I used to play 3-4-3, 4-3-3, 4-4-2 and 3-5-2. I also played attacking and defending tactics.

Aim:
Qualifying to the next World Cup is priority. It will be difficult but I believe we can do it :-)
Winning the first match is also important.
I’m going to play friendly matches every week. In friendly matches I would like to play with the weakest teams mostly.

Players:
I’m going to use young players very often. It makes them training faster.
Feel free to ask any questions devoted to players I prefer! Surely complete players without lacks in skills will be preferred.

National Team Players Database:
I have experience in making a database - I made it for Nigeria.
I'm going to create all Israelian players database. It'll be also useful for next Israel manager

Why me?
- I've got high experience - I play Sokker for 7 seasons - I was Nigeria NT manager
- I don't have troubles with English
- I've got free time, and I'm ready to devote it to Israel national team
- I'll create players database
- I’ll make a lot of statistics

As the former Coach of Nigeria, why didn't you got elected for the second time?

Do you think its not funny to mention the fact the you were th coach of NT team that has today only 7 users (and i guess that was less then) and has lost all of her former official games?

I wasn't chosen because Nigerians wanted to have manager from their countries. However, I always get a vote in their election. Besides all the NT managers of Nigeria offered me a job as their assistent. So, I'm rather popular there.


The main reasons of losing matches in the previous World Cup qualification were:
- Nigeria has always been the smallest country in Sokker -> there are very little players
- quitting a game by several Nigerian users -> their players stopped to train -> the difference between Nigeria and other countries increased
- 2 best strikers from Nigeria squad ended their career (their teams were deleted)
- NT manager went on holiday during WC qualifications -> the squad wasn't chosen for several weeks

However, Nigeria has started this WC quals with winning against Ireland :)

why?

Cause he use difrent tactic and at least 4 other players then the one that you use

First of all, when I was Nigeria NT manager there were friendly matches only. The main aim was to create a database of players - and I did it. There were no qualification matches so I used the youngest players to make their training faster.

Queen used 3 different players (Ukohu, Famewo and Iheanacho) because there are juniors. And there weren't available when I was NT manager :)
