after reviewing the more active candidates , here is my conclusion:
chaglar:more experienced than most of the candidates, very active in the israeli forum, shows knowledge of the game
ampri:saying that he is the 2nd most experienced israeli user (which is already not true!), he is very active in the forum but does not show much of a knowledge in the game ,hence the poor performance of his club after several seasons!
Shadow: probably the most experienced manager in the whole game ,shows excellent knowledge of the game, excellent usage of tactics, perhaps he showed up a little bit too late in the forum(which i think hurts his chances being elected)
jackal be:very experienced manager just like the one above but not much activity in the israeli conference
guy fink:the most suitable israeli manager, he made the big step of leaving his former club in the top divisions of Denmark to open a blue-white team !I feel he is not active enough

Do you guys realize that Shadow is the team that won the double in poland?
indeed we do:)
but showing up only two days before the elections end does it's damage

the smart thing to do is to vote for him.
but again i am not so smart.

Thank you for your thoughts about me. I am here to help Israel Community.
Though I do like Shadow, I prefer an israeli NT coach. Maybe if Shadow would immigrate to Israel and have his team moved to our league, I'd vote for him.
Now that it's over, my thought on shadow was that if he couldn't even be bothered to post on the forum, i doubt the israeli nt would have really been his top priority. :)
I'd rather someone like chalgar or guy fink who will help the israeli community over someone like shadow who woudl probably have allowed israel to lose by 1-2 less goals in some of the games and not really helped the israelis trying to learn the game.
