Yup...I usualy get 17/18 years old guys with excellent/Formid PM and tragic/hopeless/poor or weak passing abilities and I train them. If they pop every week or two I keep them. Currentlly I train 10 guys and I plan on keeping them for a year or two and than sale half of them

אימון מסירות הוא ריווחי מנסיונך?

I am not sure. All I can sa is taht these players are getting higher marks and as soon as I start train their technique they will become very strong players

but the cost of 17/18 excellent/formid with no more then weak passing is very very high, isn't it? and how do u get along in your league with those midfielders? they got too low passing skill for a manager in your level...

They cost between 100-200k. I look at the long run so my position in the league this season did not matter to me, I build my team now and most of these guys start getting marks in the 30`s. With some more training I will dominate next year after they get so much better.
