אני חי באנקרה , בירת טורקיה , ואני סטודנט להנדסה באוניברסיטת אטילים שבאנקרה.

אני משחק בסוקר מאז ה- 01.04.2006 ומשמש כמוד מאז ה- 10.9.2006.
בכל עונה בסוקר עליתי ליגה , וכעת אני שליגה השניה בטורקיה.

הייתי מועמד לאימון הנבחרת בבחירות הקודמות וסיימתי שני.
בבחירות האלו אני מקווה להיות מאמן הנבחרת הלאומית של ישראל.

למה אני מציע את מועמדותי לאימון נבחרת ישראל?
כיוון שאני חושב שיש לי את היכולת להיות המאמן הלאומי של ישראל.
אני יודע שאני יכול לעשות את המיטב עבור נבחרת ישראל; אני נמצא בפורומים הישראלים בעונה וחצי האחרונות , והדבר החשוב מכל הוא שאני דואג לקהילה הישראלית.
אני חושב שכבר הוכחתי זאת בעבר.

מה הקרטריון עבור שחקני הנבחרת לאומית?
בבחירות האחרונות היה לי קרטריון , אך כיוון שכעת אני לא יודע את היכולות של כל שחקן ושחקן , אני אקבע קרטריון חדש לאחר הבחירות.
אם אזכה בבחירות אני אבקש שכל משתמש ישלח לי את השחקנים , שלדעתו הם פוטנציאלים , למייל שלי במשחק. אני אקבע קרטריון חדש , אותו תוכלו לראות בפורום.

מה יכול להעשות בעונה הבאה?
אנחנו נארגן משחקי ידידות. לפני שתי עונות אירגנו מיני-גביע עולם. אולי העונה יארגנו זאת שוב ואנחנו נוכל להשתתף. המטרה שלנו תהיה להשיג נקודות כדי לשפר את המיקום שלנו לקראת עונת גביע העולם הבאה, כיוון שכל ההגרלות נקבעות לפי הדירוג

מידע שבועי
אחד החלקים החשובים בתפקיד הוא ליידע את הקהילה הישראלית על מה שקורה בנבחרת.
בכל שבוע , לפני משחקים ולאחריהם , אנחנו נבקר את המשחק שלנו. לדעתי אנחנו יכולים ''לתפוס'' נבחרות אחרות בדרך זו

עוזרים?
כמו שאמרתי בבחירות הקודמות , זה לא טוב להגיד:''זה העוזר שלי , וזה העוזר שלך'' , אז , אם אני אנצח בבחירות , כל אחד שאיכפת לו מהקהילה , יכול לעזור לי ולהיות לי לעוזר , אני אשמח מכך.

Hi Friends.

I think most of you, Israeli Users, know me. My name is Çağlar (spelling is similar with chaglar). I live in Ankara, capital city of Turkey. I am a civil engineering student at Atılım University in Ankara.

I have been playing Sokker since 2006-04-01. Moreover I am a moderator since 2006-09-10. I got promoted every season in my sokker life. Now, I am in second division of Turkey.

I was a candidate in last elections, and I was the second. In this election, I hope to be Israel NT coach.

Why I am a candidate for Israel NT?
Since, I think I have the ability to be Israel NT coach. I know I can do my best for Israel; I have been in Israel forums for 1.5 seasons, and the most significant thing is: I care about Israel Community. I think I have already proofed it.

What will be the criteria for NT players?
In last elections, I said my criteria; however, now I don’t know every player’s skills. So, the new criteria will be given to you after the elections. Since, I don’t know all of the player’s skills. If I win the elections, I will want every user to send me their possible NT players to me by sk-mail. Then the new criteria will be seen on forums.

What can be done in next season?
We will arrange friendly matches. Two seasons ago, there was arranged Mini World Cup. Maybe this season there can be another competition, and we can join it. Our aim will be gaining points to be in a good rank for next WC season. Since, all of the draws are made by ranks.

Weekly information
One of the most important part of the job is to inform about the team to Israeli Users. Every week, before matches and after matches we will criticize our matches. We can catch other NT teams by this way in my opinion.

Assistants?
As I told in last elections, it is not good that saying “This is my assistant, and this is your assistant.” So, if I win the elections, everyone, who cares about the community, can help me as an assistant. I would be glad with this.

1) With the new changes , giving players expirience , will you build the squad only on young players to run with them for long time and give them expirience?
And if so , what will be the ages you will select?
2) Will you prefer players that are trained in Israel , in case of semiliar skilles?
3) You said everyone will be your assistent , but in my point of view this may couse some problams as you will get about 100 opinions , what will make it harder for you , and users can say:
Why didnt you played like i said and so.
And as you dont speak hebraw , you will need assistetns to translate for you stuff from here , and translate you as well to the users that dont speek english.
4) What are the most importent skills for a striker in you point of view (in order of skills , like scoring first and so)

Well, you know my thought about it. We need to choose young players. Since new changes on experience will be important. Although we don't know how much will experience will effect on engine, we need to have experienced players. So, I will try to choose young ones. Ages depends on skills.

If a player gets the "true" training, then no matter the users' country. I will of course want to call up players from Israel. However, if there is a good players on abroad, why not?

For same skilled, There should be some differences between them. For example talent of the player. I will create a database on my computer. Every week, after the users' informations, every pop ups will be seen over there. Then I can realize which one is more talented.

I mean in elections time it is wrong to divide Israel Community by saying "this is my asistant, and this was your asistant. So, I don't need your asistant's help." Thats wrong.

So, everybody can help me, yes it is true. we can use a forum to talk about tactics. For example I can create a friendly league forum to critise about tactics. Everbody can talk about thier thoughts about matches. Then I will decide what to do. So nobody will say "Why didnt you played like i said" Since we will talk about it on forums before matches.

For language, Of course there should be someone to translate some of my words to Hebrew to communicate Israeli Users who don't know English. If I win elections, I am sure most of people will help me to communicate with the users who don't know English.

What I try to say is that, all of our aim is to make Israel NT succesful. So, everybody, who cares about Israel Community, deserves to talk about Israel NT.

4) What are the most importent skills for a striker in you point of view (in order of skills , like scoring first and so)

For a striker the most important one is of course striker. Then pace and technique is important. In my opinion, defender skill is also important. Since by defender skill, the player can win balls from other team's defence.

Furhermore stamina is important. ;)
