ושוב שלום לכולם

החלטתי בסופו של יום לרוץ שוב למשרת המאמן

אני אזכיר בקצרה את הרקורד שלי לכל מי שלא יודעץ

שיחקתי במשך 5 עונות בליגה הדנית ,ושם הגעתי עד למקום השני בליגת העל.
היות ואמנתי את אחד משוערי הנבחרת שלהם ,קבוצתי נפגעה וסימתי שם בליגה השניה ואז החלטתי לעבור לליגה הישראלית.

כיום אני משחק בליגה ארצית מספר 7 (שהייתה הליגה החזקה בישראל העונה).

עם הכנסת אלמנט הניסיון למשחק ,יהיה עלינו להתחיל להתבסס על צעירים מוכשרים ,ולכן באם אבחר אני מתכוון להשתתף באליפות העולם הבלתי רשמית לנבחרות עד גיל 21 - אליפות אשר מתארגנת בימים אלו באופן פרטי ,וכבר קיבלה אישורי השתתפות ממאמני נבחרות רבים (במידה ויבחרו שוב כמובן).

לפי דעתי האליפות הזאת תתחיל מיד עם סיום טורניר הגביע העולמי ,(שבוע חמישי בעונה הבאה) ,ולכן בחמשת משחקי הידידות הראשונים אשתדל לשתף כמה שיותר צעירים אולם גם שחקנים מבוגרים יותר ולאחר מכן רק צעירים.

צעד זה יכול לגרום באיזה שהוא אופן לירידה בדרוג העולמי שלנו בטווח הקצר ,אולם יחזק את הנבחרת בעתיד הקצת יותר רחוק.

בקדנציה הקרובה בעקבות גידול מסיבי במספר המאמנים אני אחפש שני סקאוטים ,אשר יעזרו לי באיתור ומעקב אחרי שחקנים מוכשרים.

היות ורובכם כבר מכירים אותי אז זהו פחות או יותר מה שיש לי לומר עכשיו.

דבר שני ידוע אולי מה ההשפעה של משחק נבחרת על הנסיון?

עדייו לא ידועה רמת ההשפעה של משחק נבחרת על הניסיון , אולם ניתן להניח כי היא מעט גבוהה יותר מאשר משחק ליגה\גביע.

לדעתי זה מצוין שתמשיך. הניסיון שצברת השנה חשוב מאוד. אני אבחר בך, גיא. תודה שוב על כל ההשקעה.

מה גם אתה מתמודד עכשיו? זה טוב, אבל עכשיו אני לא יודע במי לבחור...כנראה שאני לא יבחר וזהו...בהצלחה!

לגבי הניסיון לא נראה לי שמקבלים יותר במשחק נבחרת אלא כמו בליגה פשוט זה יוצא שלשחקן נבחרת יש עוד משחקים והוא מקבל יותר ניסיון סה"כ לא?י
אגב, יש לי שחקן עם ורי גוד ניסיון ואני לא בדיוק רואה אותו עושה דברים שונים ממה שעשה קודם

I want to ask a question to you.

Do you find yourself successful in previous season? Both for in your league (plus State Cup) and NT.

State cup - cause of late transfer to Israel , I didnt play this tourney.

League - I have played in the strongest leauge in Israel, My aim was to build my team right which mean big youth academy and good coaches and traines, I think i have one of the bigest youth in Israel (26 players), great coaches and good trainees now.
I guess you ask how come I finish only 4th in my league, but I realy didn't care about promote or not cause I look in the long term, And in order to be better on the futrue I had to sell some of my best player in order to have those coaches and youth academy.

NT - In this issue we are standing right were i thought we will be.
As I said in the election last year we are the 5 team in the group and without the w.o. against Nippon we probably was finish there too.

I agree with your league thoughs.

For NT, maybe being succesful means taking a point from least one of the other teams except Nippon. Since Nippon has 13 users and Israel has 237 users. This also cause the difference.

Moreover Nippon's 3 players were sent off in Israel-Nippon match. They were leading with 1-0 and when one of their player got a red card, then Israel NT scored.

Maybe they were sent of because right coich of Israely players with high tech that force tham to commit the fouls?

Red card is a part of the game:)

and please make it correct, itheir striker got the red card and just then we score, maybe this striker was missing in the defence and that the reason we score.

Now maybe with other formatin or players we could get better reasult against other team, but as far as i am coaching the NT , i will listen to the community that prefare to lose with higher score and play more offence then to play bonker and might have better resault.

I belive that our NT is in a building proces and the resault are importent but not the most importent thing now so as the world ranking:).

There are lots of "maybe"s in life..
