My opinion is that:

If he is young and suppose to be buying to get trainning only - then it will almsot have no effect

If he is older then 20-21 and supose to be first team player then it will decrease his price

BTW... if he play today full game or more then about 60 min then the future buyer will have free trainning for him, that might increase his price little bit
