This is NOT a question, rather a discussion topic that I think we have no answer for,... though I might be wrong (and I'll trust guy to point it out!)

Let's say I'm training Technique and chose Defence for the Technique training. Is it important that the coach has Unearthly in Technique AND Unearthly in Defence? or does only the Unearthly in Technique count?

Only his Tech skill is importent for the tain

So, there's absolutely no correlation/relation between Defence and Defenders, between Midfield and Playmakers and Attack to Strikers?
