Subject: keeper not staying in his place ?

in my last game my keeper just went out for two saving (successive ones)

this is the first time that i see a keeper go out from his line

is it my fault or this is something new ?

I see it few times before.

It usually happened when the strikers running alone towards him, and he have the time to leave the goal line

yes, it usualy happens when you completly lack of deffense

why in english ?

The reason is that, you had placed your defenders too close to attacking part. Especially corners and throw-ins.

Moreover, your defender tried to pass to keeper when he got the ball. I think that is also another reason why your keeper gone out of his line.
