Yes. I have already said it above. There will be age limit of course. Reason is that experience is important for NT. We will choose young players (17 to 23) for NT.

BTW: If there are perfect players with some more old ages, we can line them in some matches to take help from their "perfect" skills. (They have to be much more better than our young players for sure.)

Age is one of the most important things in Sokker. And talent comes after it. I will never call up a player with age 30 for example. No matter his talent.

Let me tell the truth to you. I haven't seen such a criteria in Sokker yet. Every NT coach looks the skills first . I haven't seen any talent in criterias. Also nt coaches cannot be sure about talents. I can say "3 weeks talent is needed in NT". But then owner of the players can lie. However, talented players are needed in NT.

First of all, we will call up players by looking their skills. After weeks, we will see their talent. Some of them will be talented and some will not be talented. We will have a chance to compare their talents. Then we can remove untalented ones. That is the only solution.

Yeah, there is a site from a free domain. I am thinking about database. But I am a civil engineering student, not computer engineering. :| So, I cannot do the database in the site. However, we can use Sokker Viewer for the database. It is a nice program. I am using it.
