For chaglar, I think that talent + age should be the formula

Will you pass a 25yo player with 4 week/pop rate?

I cannot talk about it now. I need to know his skills. And compare it with others' skills. If he is much more better than others(I mean young players), I can use him in important matches.

I saw your answer about the ages of the players + talent , and from what i understood you will not mind to play with a 25 yr old player.
(Or maybe im wrong and i didnt understand it , tell me..;-)
I think that playing with players aged 22+ will destroy all the work that had been done in the NT this season - playing with U-21 players and building the team for the future.
I think that this line should continiue , even if it will cost a little on the field , the goal should be first thinking about the future and giving expirience to the players that will be there for the next 10 and more seasons to go.
In the corent squad there are only the best U-22 (they had a birthday toady ;-) , i believe that the more or less every coach would have chosen the same players that had been chosen so far for the squad by guy.

All the comunity (and NT coach) should think about the future , even if we will not quilify this time (and i think that even with players aged 25 we will still not quilifiy , if we will be realistic , and it dosnt matter
who will be the coach , even me and my bunker...;-)

You are right, we need to think about the future, as I told it many times before.

Let me clear something, I can call up a 25 years old player if and only if he is "perfect". And in important matches I can line him to take some help. However, my aim is to build the team of future. ;)

I think that we should head to the WC only if we manage to play good against the top teams

until that, it would be a waste
