Subject: Watching Games

My team just played its first match (a friendly one). I tried several times throughout the match to watch it via the 'Watch Live' option and the only thing that happens is that a another screen opens but it is blank and nothing happens.
Do I need to change any of my computer's settings? Maybe something in the Security side? I do have the latest Java version if that is of any help.
