Subject: What to do with an extra coach

I bid for a couple of coaches and managed to buy one.

However, I just found out that one of the coaches I bid for, is also mine. I can sign the contract at any time. He is a good coach, an excellent one for that matter, but I don't really need him.

What can I do? Should I sign the contract and then fire him? That would be such a waste of money. Can I get rid of him without paying anything? What are the options?

I decided to employ him.
He is an excellent coach so I fired the Solid coach and got rid of the assistants.

Now I have one Excellent as Head coach and one Excellent for the Youth. Money will be tight but I hope it will pay in the long run.
