באמת אין לנו שוער.
2 שערים של השוער היו ממש מבישים.
אולי במשך העונה יפתיעו שוערים חדשים.

Its a shame that this is the only thing you can say about the match, we get 2 goals cause of the keeper, but in the other hand he had some saves (including penalty) and I think that the final result is about what should be according to the development and the chances in the game.

I would like to hear from you what were wrong and good with our formation and what you think about this game.

Can you explain your decision to bring in injuerd player too? , and why did you use striker that have only good tech against this strong deffence. when we have other strikers with better tech like goldstein?

YES THAT WHAT I WANTED TO ASK BUT I DON'T KNOW OUR PLAYERS SKILL SO I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS HIS TECH AND WHY YOU DIDN'T US ONE WITH BETTER TECH.

I think Chaglar is upset and unhappy about the game as all of us are. It sucks to lose and the added responsibility of being the coach only makes it harder to swallow.

Give Chaglar a day to think about the game and I'm sure he'll give us his opinion about what happened. Mostly let us not forget that this game, like ALL games, is only an opportunity to learn and improve.

Personally I think our formation (positioning) was alright, but the movement of the players was wrong. They moved in a limited way and thus there was little support to our attack. Also I think that Rehuven is a waste of space regardless of what his skills are. Other than that, I think the team was prepared and VERY simply encountered a better team.

You can stay shame if you want. This is me, and those are my thoughts, and I don't feel shame about it.

About injured players, yes I used Grayev for 30 minutes. I thought he could be useful. And we had lined both Grayev and Tzarfati yesterday for the match. But we waited for today see if they are still injured or not. Then line up is changed.

Also for me, not only technique is needed for a striker. All of our strikers have a minus. For example, Tal Gabrin has outstanding pace, but he is still very good at striker. If I had choosen Goldshtain, then maybe you would say "Why didn't you use Alon Soher?" So, I know that you won't like it anymore.

Actually I didn't wait them to use 5 defs. I waited a more offensive game from them. By this way, we would have more chances to score.

Anyway, Bosnia is an older team than Israel. Their players have been trained more than ours. I know that I did my best. But thats all I can do.

As I see some guys who are just trying to criticize, I will say something now. I will not run for next elections. So everybody can get calm. I hope those "boo"s gets over from now on. I am playing this game for fun. I am spending most of my time with sokker for my admin job, Israel NT and my own team. I see myself unsuccessful. So, I won't continue.

But it doesn't mean that I won't do my best for NT again. I will again do my best, and I will share all my experiences with Israeli users. I just feel that some guys only wait for our lose to talk about NT.

chaglar, you take it too hard. in israel we say: in a place you have 10 israelies you find 20 opinions.
guy felt it before and now its you. its hard to be NT coach in real life and in sokker as well.

Sure, I am not blaming anyone else. I said something before the elections, and I failed. So, the best thing is to let another one to do this job. There are still 10 weeks for me to work as a NT-coach, and be sure that I will do my best again.

1. the injured player should not be in the squad yesterday too, and should be ass back if you see that they get well in the match day.
Using injured player is useless and I would acpect the NT coach or any other experienced coach to know it.

2. When you talk about the guys that only criticize, I can understand that I am one of them, My only aim is to understand and help the Israel NT and when I see things that are not right in my opinion, I will say it (like it or not) and it will be the same if there was any other NT coach.
And beside, when you got this public job, you should have know that people will criticize you if you will not success, so don't try to put the blame on others before checking what cause for it.

3. What do you want us to say ?, we lost any chance in the qualified for the WC after you said that we will go for 3rd place?.
And we will need a miracle to finish 4th , actually WE will need a lot of luck to finish 5th.
So do you think we should cheer you??? or thank you for giving us the honor of being our NT coach ?

4. The fact that you are not intend to run again is great news, but it will not release you from any responsabilty to the future resault of our NT.

And again , you probably think that I am one of the guys that wait for our lose to talk about the NT, Well I you might be surprise but I real hope to see us winning or at least getting tie, otherwise I wouldn't recommend yesterday about the line up that I think should be in this match (in teard that was suppose to be open while ago, and was opened finally after i ask matan about it:)

Maybe it would be a better news, if you also don't run. But if you think that winning against new countries is a success, then continue...

Also, I have a responsibility to people who voted for me. That is why I won't run again. (Don't feel that I am feeling a responsibility to you!)

And yes, you are the guy who is waiting for us to lose. Or let me call, "criticizing chaglar" Maybe you don't want to accept the fact that I have taken more votes than you. Who knows..

Last week I waited thoughts from you about today's match after I asked you to do, but you didn't. I am sorry, but I don't believe your sincerity.

By the way, I said everything about the match, I don't want to enter an argue.

Australia, South Africa and Austria are not "new countries" but probably we had the luck that was missing today in those games.

I am not intend to run again, unless there will be no serious candidate (in my eyes) that will try to run (and the truth is that it was the only reason I run last time:)

And Yes I do realized that you got more votrs than me , but its a little shame that lot of those votes were came from newbie and users that already left the game that got helpped when they join this game and were asked by the helper (that probably thought that the 3rd place is realistic too) as a favorite to vote for you)

What do you mean? You mean I don't ban users just to take their votes? Do you think I am the only admin in this game? Or I have sent messages to newbies to vote to me or I asked them to help?? I haven't sent any message to a newbie. You need to know it. Also I am not the only admin who works for Sokker!
