To my opinion, this is not a competition thread to see who gained more succeses during his period as the NT coach.
I think, Chaglar, that you don't have to give explanations about nothing that is not connected to the game.

Ok then. And please remember that I am the coach till the end of next elections. So, I cannot do anything for you now. You will need to wait for 10 more weeks to get rid of me.

some people tend to forget something that is very important
in this argument, and it's relevent for both chaglar and guy:

israel is a relativly a new country, and most of the time we
are playing against oponents that are much better than us.

all this criticism is ridiculous now just as it was when guy
was the NT manager, you cannot expect israel to
be at the top of the food chain in such a short time, it's just not gonna happen!

my friends, you can critisize each other till the end of days
but it won't change a thing, we r still going to lose
no matter how we will play, at the best we'l grab a point
here and there or three point in a very lucky win, but not more
whoever expected israel to qualify this time clearly lived in a dream.

you may argue on how to play, i wasn't that happy of the way
guy was playing when he had the job, and also chaglar is doing
some mistakes in my humble opinion but would we be able
to do better with the best coach in sokker? i don't think so

so just take it easy guys and stop bashing each other on personal issues

if because some people how criticized you(like what i said) then don't worry i was just suggesting things....i my be wrong but still i said what i think ware not good.
but i still think you better then me or any other(you and guy are like in a tie)and you should not quit!

I won't run, since as those results, I don't see myself successful. And I am very sorry about it. I have offered someting, but couldn't managed to do it. That is why I won't run. And also one of the reason of saying it now is to calm down some people.

I am not quiting Israeli Forums. I will be here forever. I think I have already proofed it. This decision is just about my aims and failure. So, do nott think that I won't run for next elections due to hearing those criticezes.

i think u r make mistak, its better that 1 coach will b 4 2-3 elections, to cuild the nt, not 4 1 time

המערך לא היה מתאים בכלל
אם המטרה היא להוציא תיקו צריך לשחק עם 5 בהגנה כאשר שני המגנים לא מפחדים לצאת קצת הצידה ולכסות את החורים הגדולים שהיו בצדדים.
גם הקשרים היו ממורכזים מדי ולא פתחו לצדדים מה שאיפשר מסדרונות פתוחים לגמרי בהגנה ומפגש מהיר עם ההגנה של הבוסנים כאשר הכדור אצלנו
בקיצור מערך רע ולא מתאים.

הבוסנים מעלינו בכמה רמות
במיוחד בפייס ובטכניקה אז מה אתה רוצה שיעשו??
לפי דעתי המערך היה לא רע.

עכשיו ראיתי את המשחק, גם אני סבור שהנבחרת עמדה יותר מידי במרכז, היה מקום לנסות להתקיף מהאגפים ולהגן עלים, השערים שחטפנו-קטסטרופה, נהנתי מהשער שלנו והבישול של ראובן):

ראית את המשחק שלהם מול אנגליה?
היה אפשר ללמוד הרבה ממנו
על ההגנה שלהם וההתקפה

שים לב לדבר אחד קטן
אם לא טעויות השוער המטורפות שגרמו ל-3 שערים מטופשים

היינו מנצחים 1-0
שיחקנו עם 4 בלמים ו-2 בלמים התקפיים

6 בהגנה זה לא טוב?

לא שיחקנו עם שני בלמים התקפיים
שיחקנו בליבלמים התקפיים בכלל,
שיחקנו אולי עם שני קשרים הגנתיים ולדעתי אם לא היו מספיק הגנתיים.

ראיתי עכשיו את המשחק והנה דעתי:

א. סקעת אפס
ב. בהגנה לא הייתה שום סגירה בצדדים
ג. המשחק שלנו לא היה הגנתי מספיק מול קבוצה עדיפה, שיחקנו עם קו אחד של 4 בהגנה, ללא בלמים קדמיים מתן.
ד. משחק ההתקפה שלנו נע דרך האמצע, המקום היחיד שלא היה לנו בו סיכוי, ניתן לראות שלחלוצים שלנו לא היה חסר מהירות מול ההגנה שלהם וזה לא נוצל וחבל.
ה. למה השתמשנו בשני קשרים קדמיים ושני חלוצים ועוד כולם באמצע כפי שציינתי קודם, מיותר..

we're all supporting you and the team and want you to win, you have asked our oppinion on the match, well, you've got it. dont start crying (excuse me for using this word) about "boo" and whatever you have said earlier.
you are the NT coach. you wanted the job, deal with it, do your best no one asking for more.

I am going to do my best again, and I think you didn't understand why I said I won't run next time. Just to calm some guys. So, I am not saying this due to hearing criticizes.

btw: I am not crying. I am just upset due to the results and that is why I said I won't run next time.

i understood, you have set a goal (target) and didnt achive it so you think you shouldnt run again.
