Here's what I think about this game:

1. We deserved to lose. The Bosnian team, moved more - covered more mileage and were more active.

2. Skaat had a good day and he is a nice keeper.

3. The first half was horrible. Our back line, the defenders didn't move at all and seemed stuck in one place. Only in the second half they started moving.

4. Personally (!) I dislike static defences and separate formation groups. It seemed as if our defence was a separate team from the midfield and the midfield was a separate team from the strikers. They should be more involved with each other, crossing each other's lines and not just counting on long distance passes.

5. I dislike the fact that we have two strikers who wait for the ball and then kick it from a long distance. It looks too much like the real Israeli NT. Our Midfield should be more involved with both defence and offence and make their passes from a shorter distance to the strikers, when the strikers are already around the box.

6. Overall I think our team played worse than in the game against Germany. The game was frozen and inflexible. More could have been done.

7. I have no problem with Gabrin/Gerayev entering only in the second half. Chaglar was right in trying a different tactic which obviously provided the same result.

8. This is another learning experience and overall Chaglar and his assistants did a nice job. I'm not sure many any of us could have done better. Thanks guys.

i want to ask you a little egoistic question, why did you prefered soher over goldshtain? there is a massive form difference in the favor of goldshtain, and on the other hand a 1 level difference in the striking ability.
not to mention that goldshtain has better secondaries...

Also according to database, Goldshtain is same in secondaries with Soher. (It was uploaded on 2007-04-08) And one level down at striker. So I choosed Soher.

You are right, I didn't update the database and will not do it since I found out that this confidencal information (at least in my eyes) was going out (before by one of those who had access to the database, and today bye you).

But one of your assitant\scout\helper knew excectly about his skills.

You are the coach and you can choose any player you want but if to tell us that you chose shoar due to better strikier ability ,then why not to play with Pishont (incredible striker ,unearty form) or Rehuven (formidable striker ,divine form)?

And if we talking about players, I saw Yair bamus mark and it seem to be low compare to our Deffenders , any way in the game he was the one who make the foul that lead for their goal and the penalty, it seems to be that he have low deffender main skill........ what were the reasons to use him?

Its lead me to conclusion that this players chosen is not obgective and have the smell of dead fish on the sun (especiely when the chossen striker belong to your friend).

Any way the only good thing from this week is that is now we have only 7 weeks to suffer you as our nt coach, and then I guess we will hear from you when you will donate Plus's.

But as you say, you dont care me so you probably will not read it:))))

Chaglar and guy... back off! the both of you.

You two are adults and while you may behave childishly, the both of you, it doesn't' add anything to the well being of our community or the success of our NT.

So I strongly suggest you both either ignore each other and try to maintain a professional attitude or simply shut up.

Chaglar is the NT coach and he will decide who to place in the team. Guy is one of our veterans and may make professional comments.

But if you two will be immature and make it into a personal bitch-slapping contest, I will first ban you two and then kick both your arses! :x

This doesn't add any dignity to anyone here in Sokker Israel.

I hope that is the end of this story!

Just one thing I will say here. It is because to show the community the truth. Here are the skills of Yair Baums:

average stamina, hopeless keeper
solid pace, outstanding defender
very good technique, unsatisfactory playmaker
poor passing, unsatisfactory striker

The highest defender skill of Israel NT is incredible. Only one player has incredible. Then 4 outstanding comes. If any person who thinks that the owner had lied, can ask any mod to show his skills when he is transfered. (He got +1 pace after the transfer)

I still don't care a person who is just so ambitious not to share the pop ups of his NT striker with the NT coach.
