the common thought of the "Mitzva" of "Pro and rabo" is that you need to have as much kids as you can, but the truth is that you need only one boy and one girl.
The reason that religion have so many kids is because they are (like christian) not allowed to use anything to avoid the pregnancy (i.e pills , condoms and etc)

Carefull, according Koran anticonception is allowed in islam, as both of them, man & woman agree with it.
But I think many modern jews just like christians make some "exceptions" in their lives. For me premarriege sex is normal, while both of us love each others, also anticonception is okay etc. Don't you think? Also masturbation is no sin, I would never told priest during confession that I feel badly because I made a sin, that I masturbate. Is normal thing.
So how can their population grow the way the video displays it ?
