It's true that both were power-hungry and egomaniancs but other than their personalities the population is totally different, this is why what happened to Venezuela is so sad, but what happened to Iraq was so expected.

In one of our biggest newspapers (SME) was interview with nameless izraelian military officer about Gaza conflict. He seems to be smart guy, and I liked his opinions. But I'm always on Israels side when it is about arabic-israelian conflicts, but many people are against you, due multimedia (Israel is show like agressor). Maybe this interview make better look on situation, and people will look at you as people whos defending their country, and not agressor. I don't like to talk much about war, I'm interesting more in "civilian" things in Israel (normal life), but war is part of normal life offen there... And I wanted to up this topic and try to start some discussion.
