Hello!

Today I put my candidature at your NT.

My name is Iuliu, I'm from Cluj-Napoca, 26 years old, now living in Craiova.

I play sokker for 8 seasons. In the last one I won league II.03, unfortunatelly I lose qualification match because of injuries.

I consider that I have a lot experience in managing a NT. Was Romanian NT coach on other site: managerarena, scouter 3 seasons ago here in sokker and now I'm a member of Tactical Staff of NT Romania. As you can see we won our league from 1st place.

If I'll win, first of all I must establish a staff with some of you. Only who wants to be a part of this team. Then to re-evaluate your NT players and find others. I will promote younger players in NT and play a few U21, U19 matches.

I have a few more ideas, but 1st of all I must win.

I voted for you. The voting activity is low and it is possible you can win though if I have to be honest the local boy Emilski has got more chanses as I watch through opinions, he has started campaign much more early and is at least 10-15 votes ahead. Also he is Bulgarian, and many believe a Bulgarian should be BG NT coach. The other thing is that you don't know the language - you should translate your words, through someone or through a dictionary. But you in my view are much more experienced and proven manager while Emilski has 1 season behind him and is only 16 years old - he lacks view at the game, experience, stimulating and explaining skills just about everything he needs. People who think like me will vote for you.

You are a very good coach and i give my regards to you for that. You have an experience which will be of a greate use for the bulgarian national team. But i have a question to ask. If we choose you for a NT you will be authorized two mandates. The first one will be with friendlies, the second one will be a qualification for the world cup. If we are in a group with ROMANIA will you be motivated to crash your fellow-countrymen's team or just let them win.

why did you choose Bulgaria instead of your country ?!

manole1 did a great job last season with our NT so he must go on. I put my candidature 2 and 3 seasons ago, but everytime got 3rd place. And I think Bulgaria can do better

1.What do you think about our players?

2. Do you know our NT site? Have you for to use it?

3. Which of the players have a chance for the NT with you as coach? I know you dont know there skills but you can see some of their matches.

4. Could you analize the Bulgarian matches in the last qualification and say how you would play them? What was wrong and what was O.K.?

5. Something about our community. How often would you write in the forum?

6. Do you have managers which would help you by scouting and analizing? If not how will you find out the best bulgarian managers for this job?

7. Do you know our community?

8. What are your goals for the next two seasons with our NT?

OMG! :)

1. They still have to grow. Not knowing their skills it' shard to say something for 100%

2. Yes I know it :) but never used it

3. 1st I have to find at least 18 old players ( more than 21 yo). Best of them. To know if they are still trained. Then, with a few guys, will scout for other, U21 to be promoted in your team.

4. I saw your NT coach don't like to play with wingers. That's the biggest minus. I prefer 4-1-3-2 or 4-4-2. If you think it's a chance to win or draw you should play a little more offensive, not only defending. There are many more things to say.

5. To bad I don't know it, but it will be open thread about matches and, maybe a special forum for NT with threads about players, scouting and many more. Here, in Romania, we have something like that. There I'll write everything new about NT

6. It's not a problem if bulgarian users won't help me scouting. I have a few romanian friends which will help me. But I guess I'll find a few nice bulgarian users to help me too.

7. Sad, but no. Not knowing your language, it's hard.

8. U21 matches, because this is the future of every NT and I'll try to find out the best tactics for your players.

Trust me, it will be better then ever.
