1. They still have to grow. Not knowing their skills it' shard to say something for 100%

3. 1st I have to find at least 18 old players ( more than 21 yo). Best of them. To know if they are still trained. Then, with a few guys, will scout for other, U21 to be promoted in your team.
4. I saw your NT coach don't like to play with wingers. That's the biggest minus. I prefer 4-1-3-2 or 4-4-2. If you think it's a chance to win or draw you should play a little more offensive, not only defending. There are many more things to say.
5. To bad I don't know it, but it will be open thread about matches and, maybe a special forum for NT with threads about players, scouting and many more. Here, in Romania, we have something like that. There I'll write everything new about NT

Which of the players have a chance for the NT with you as coach? I know you dont know there skills but you can see some of their matches.

Could you analize the Bulgarian matches in the last qualification and say how you would play them? What was wrong and what was O.K.?

Кои играчи ще имат шанс да са в националния ако ти станеш треньор?Знам че не знаеш уменията им , но можеш да прегледаш някои тяхни мачове.
Първо трябва да намеря поне 18 по-стари играчи (по-стари от 21г.).Най-добрите.Да разбера дали се тренират.После с няколко човека ще потърсим и други , и У21 играчите ще бъдат взети в националния.
Можеш ли да анализираш мачовете ни в последната квалификация и да кажеш какво щеше да промениш ако ти беше треньор?Къде бяха грешките и къде нещата бяха направени добре?
Забелязах че сегашният ви национален треньор не обича да играе с крила.Това е най-голямият минус.Предпочетам схемите 4-1-3-2 и 4-4-2.Ако мислите че има шанс за победа или равенство трябва да играем малко по-офанзивно , не само защитно.Има и още много неща да се кажат.

Лошото е че не го познавам , но ще отварям нови теми за мачовете и може би специален форум за националния отбор с теми за играчи , за скаутовете и много други.Тук , в Румъния , имаме нещо подобно.Там ще пиша всичко ново около националният отбор.
Имаш ли мениджъри които ще използваш за скаутове и разузнавачи?Ако не как ще избереш точно кои са най-добрите български играчи за тези постове?
Не е проблем ако българските мениджъри не ме помагат.Имам няколко Румънски приятели които ще ми помагат.Но предполагам че ще намеря и няколко български потребители да ми помагат.

Was there any particular reason to choose Bulgaria instead of, say, Moldova or any other country?

I just want to help Bulgaria. I think it deserve better. And with a good plan things will start go better.
recently even more people say that they'll vote for candidate Emilski. Sorry, lord Legolas I think you have the potential of being a good NT, but not everything depends on you regretably. Don't get your hopes high with bg NT is my advice. The result seems to be not in your favour :(.

I didn't expect much to win now. But I'll come back in future too. If I won't be elected in Romania :)
If the next BG NT coach wants some advices he can do it. I'll help him with all the pleasure. As I said: I have some ideas and maybe it will be implemented.
