I know my chances to be NT senior coach are slow if someother bulgarian manager join, but It's deserved to try. I really like the players of your NT team and I think I have nice ideas for your NT. In addition I will try to move something the forum to enjoy it for us. Of course I don't know bulgaria language :p

anyway my best pourpose is to use the best players for official matches with special interest on heigh, IMC and experience.

friendlies will be specific choosed to try to gain ranking points and the players who will play on senior A-Team with arround 26-32 yo will be elected, special interest in great future keepers because that experience in this possition is the hardest to improve

i have several questions which tactics you think is most suitable for our national team?

do you know our National database ? Do you have any suggestions or ideas for it?

will you need scouts we have good scouts at the moment?

do you have your players in NTDB? anyway I'm acquainted of database work, I have many experience on NT's so it won't be a problem

I ever used to do my job myself. Maybe for U21, the players change more quickly, but in senior team it's not than important to know exactly if he is superdivine or close, for example. In fact I'm not scared to use players who I have absolutely no idea what skills they have. In New Zealand NT I remember I have many players I don't know his skills, but anyway I played the WC this season. who cares, the better they are, the better, if you have an average idea of his skills distributtion is enough

But I'm going to actualice often the database of course, if the managers send me his skills and I regulary look at transfers so I will add senior players and young junior players I will see on TL

You did not answer to my first question i guess only that you will use wings. There were some discussions that Penev was not trained correctly.
on the second question i guess the answer is no we do not use default ntdb.
we are small country but you will be suprised how many good players we have to pick up the best they should be up to date.
All my players are updated not sure why you asked:)

If you play with 5 defa in line what you prefer pressing or waitng at the back

depends, I like to play sometimes pressing, sometimes at the back. I have tested many ways to defend, there aren't only pressing and back, could be a nice option defend in the half situation of both for example. you can use MID's to cover wingers and play with 4 defenders, there are many option and I already tested many things during my plus playing arcades.

the next is to choose the best option for the match, this is the most important

pd: and penev was trained in the best way for this engine in my oppinion :p

he is on TL. this is an example of a player trained bad although he came from YS with excellent striker so he could reach that striker only by random. anyway i would train him in other way that pace/tech/defender. last sale expensive though

he guy that bought him did not trained him i was biding until 22m but nothing you can do about it :(

I guess he isn't many extra trained. I'm not interested but If I buy him I wil train him tech this is the only reasonable trainning for him with these skills at this age. I've asked for his extras but surely the owner doesn't know
