I see many people from the higher and lower ranges, aren't all involved in the NT, despite the fact that they can. I will try to change this. I think to do this by organizing activities (Prono's).

Kenny could be a good manager but he has no experiences.. he spent to much time here in sk Ecuador but he is form Venezuela so he ask to change his team to Venezuela
