Hello!
I am one of the candidates for Ecuador NT coach.
You are probably wondering why should you vote for me. First allow me to write few sentences about me
I am Dusan, 25 years old student from Serbia. I am playing in serbian II.01 league. This season I finished on 1st place but i lost the play off match so next season I'll still be playing in II.01. This seasone i finished with 16-4 goal difference on 1st place with 10wins 2draws 2 losses, meaning my team has strong defence and I know how to play on result.
This is exactly why I think I would be good solution for your NT. I know how to set up defence, I know how to play on counterattacks and that is what your team needs at the moment.
My plan for your NT is this :
1) Check out all your players and make a selection of players with pace and defending cause those are skills I like to see on a player
2) Give chance to younger players
3) Set up 532 tactics with fast wingbacks that could be transformed to some deadly 352 attacking formation
4) Try to get your team to top40 NT
5) Make strong team of assistents and scouts, I have some friends that would be glad to help in case I become NT coach + maybe some Ecuadorian player would like to get in my NT team
6) Make some new friends here in Ecuador Sokker and hopefuly become active member of your Sokker community
