Thanks mate, no problem. I'll do my best too before i pass the job. For the remaining game, i will focus on Young player instead of old one, especially defender.
@ usahat - I did reply you guys sk-mail, of sending minimum requirement to you usahat. By talking about playing player in U21, but there was a request from India coach of playing U22 player, we got few u22 player which i think should try on the game against india.
@ mysprs - first of all, i know i didnt make Malaysian users community. The reason is no group leader corporate with me. I didnt sent 2 sk-mail to each leader, but there was no reply.
@ winn11, sialunx - No offense, no doubt the tactic is wrong, especially defender. But it is the respobsible for all malaysia user of training better defender. Of course tigermaster and jawor done better than me, can you see how many season they are in sokker, and me?
On your comments to usahat, perhaps, you should do what you predecessor do and it will solve the confusion, by keeping up to date, what is the latest development in the message board. Malaysian users are not aware there is U22 match. No communication, thus it creates misunderstanding and confusion.
On your comments to me, I agree you should not be fully blamed as stretched by me, most of the users in Malaysia needs to be responsible. Myself is one of them which didn't reply your mail once. But perhaps in this position, you need to find other ways to understand the problem or other ways to make things happen if your leaders/helpers don't corporate with you. At least highlight it in the board.
On your commnets to winning 11, sialunx, I think training defender are Malaysian users responsibility, but to ensure the defender training are in good care or at least highlight to Malaysian users if the Malaysian defenders is problemeatic position is NT coach responsible. This is one of the area you mentioned on your election speech that you will take good care of.
As mention it is not fair to you to judge your experience in sokker, but if you view back your pre election speech, the message is communication, coordination and leadership. I think the perception is in this area you have not done enough as per your election speech.
For future NT candidates, please ensure what you promise is what you are going to deliver, or at least close to it. No point promise wonders in election speech, yet yourself know it is unrealistic to do it all by your own.

What most Malaysia users see now is we are getting crap results, crap tactics and same tactic mistakes. Thus, top priority is an experienced coach that play sokker for a long long time, and they thought Malaysia will be strong.
As I mentioned, I beg to differ, the bigger problem I saw is someone need to work with Malaysia users, to guide them to have a training plan for NT players. Not alot of NT trainers in Malaysia, even that, not all of them have the necessary coaches, resources and knowledges to train them.
And almost all don't believe of selling them, none so far that I have approached. Most want to hold their gems. And even if they want to sell them, most sale will be not on prime time, and this prevented the more resourceful clubs to train them. Someone just needed to work with them, as this is the base for the NT future. And also, if possible, enlarge this base, more users.
I see the importance of this person, preferably our NT coach. And I would say, on my personal opinion, the first criteria of NT is to get someone as a development coach/coordinator for Malaysian users. Second priority is experience.
What worry me is, as most Malaysians thought that we are good enough to get results, go all out to find an experienced coach which neglecting this part of the game, and realised in 1-2 seasons later, this is not good enough, we need to work with the base first, the Malaysian users resources first. And we get someone else, and the cycle evolve. And we wasted time again.
Work with this small group of Malaysian users is utmost priority, and as far as I concern, I don't think previous NT coaches have done well enough in this aspect, as most teams that I have approached doesn't show me that they have been told enough what to do. For NT coach just to advise them the basic of the game is not good enought at this level, we are into season 7 in Malaysia.
Someone need to work closely with the Malaysian users, advise them what is the best way to train their talents or what is the best way to sell them. Our users base is already so small, any single talent from Malaysia should be well taken care of.

We lose one NT defender material, and we are very hunger for NT defenders. What a waste!! If only he train him technique or sold him much earlier.
And because of this, we have to use a solid defender in the NT friendly, and leave an outstanding defender out.

well in my country we have competitions of juniors for the one thath have more pops in season will win a plus for 3 month so every one is buying trainers that way users works more on tactics and bet for future training

nice defenses - not much holes left for the attackers to break through. i thought we could hold 1 goal deficit till the end of the game but somehow their strikers managed to scored. That is what i complaining about last week. to cope our weakness area.. and u did a great strategies on defense.. nice try!

Oh well, i got message the owner of Ibrahim Hong to ask for his skill but he didnt really reply me. So is that the way he reply me because of the result?(Maybe he didnt check sk-mail, or just a kids) Thats since first day i ask for skill from owner for NT representative. Ibrahim Hong is a great prospect so i just want to ask for his training plan and skill, no reply, so i can't do anything to get his latest skill. he seem not an active player
