Subject: Regarding transfers malaysis

2008-02-14 18:36:15
I've sent Abdullah to you.
2008-02-14 18:44:29
Friend, exactly what I thought. Sorry, to dissapoint you, he has no chance to be in NT if you don't train him tech.

Your pace and defence already higher than Katanha and Hassana, both in the NT squad with rating 46 recently. You can check this out with wooikeim or the future NT coach.

The recent why Abdullah, not in national team because he gets rating 34++ due to poor tehnique. A poor tehnique defender will never make it to any NT squad, this is my opinion.

There is one saying in sokker, a below average pace and a below average technique player, is not a good player, no matter how divine other skills are.

My opinion is Malaysia entry level is still quite low, if you have adequate technique level, you still can be considered.

i can take another player in. i already told mysprs about my training plan, is my training plan good for the player? or you have gotten a good trainer to take him?
2008-02-14 18:49:02
So, in your opinion there's no other way and I need to train tech now ?

Damn , this is not good for me , because I have pretty cool average tech in my team... I think other way is to sell him , but it's hard for me after 3 seasons , which he spent in my team :S

It depends on whether you mind he is in NT or not. IF you don't mind he is in NT, then you need not to sell him.

If you really want him to be in NT, in my opinion, you at least train his technique to average and ensure you have a very high pace and very high defefence. Mazlan Tumin the worst performer in NT defender in recent matches, but actually he has average technique, and pace and defender much more higher than Edward. In fact he has the highest pace and defender in the country for this age group. What make him down is he have average technique.

In other word, if you train him average technique and high pace and high defence, I think he can be considered in NT, but there are 2-3 players ahead of him. At Edward ages, we aleady have outstanding defender and formidable pace.

If you want him to have a chance to be in first eleven, the only way is to train technique until solid, then either train pace or defender. He is younger than Katanha, so can overtake him. Alot of NT coach will like this balance, one higher technique defender and one higher pace defender.

But it all depends on new NT coach selection criteria. It is just my general opinion, but I am very sure no NT coach will consider poor technique defender.

As for our understanding, Malaysia biggest problem is our defender does not have pace and lose out in international games. This guy will solve the problem is the future trainer trains pace and defenders. He already have good secondary defender skills.

Who can do it? Or who can help to find the trainer? He needs some stamina training too.

Tiger,
My understanding you are training pace, can you do it? How much budget you have for him?

another player in trasfer list without telling us anything :/

This is a norm. You will have a culture shock the way things done in Malaysia, this is not Italy or other bigger sokker countries.

Sad to say previous NT coaches does not build the relationship with the users that have NT players well enough, thus any decision to sell the players is the club decision not a joint decision. Most of the clubs that sells the players does not even know whether the players are important to Malaysia or not. They should be communicated properly, what our NT coaches do in Malaysia, just to drop mail and ask what is their latest skills. A simple one line mail.
