you wont be charged if u recruit a coach and then sack them straight away.

if you get coach with that specific requirement, it is advisable you get it from transfer market.

u are new team i think finance power is low, so go transfer market search for trainer that suit for u. try to find lower bid and lower salary.

i only got a magnificent pace guy. Thats the best i could get. But I got an unearthly defender trainer though. How many assistants can I get? Actually I think I've been here for 3-4 seasons at least so I don't think I can be considered new.

u are play for few season but look at your transfer or stadium, u didnt do buy sell player or upgrade stadium to earn money. so i consider u weak finance power. maybe u got maybe cash on hand than u can do some improve.

His training priority number 1 is training pace.
- Thus you must have an unearthy pace, nothing less.

His training priority number 2 is training technique
- Thus preferably you have unearthy technique trainer also, if this is not possible, then you still use your enearthy pace coach to train, once you change training to technique, then change coach again.

The third priority is training defence/playmaking.


Thus, if money is a concern get an unearthy pace defender to train pace. Please don't use 'magnificent' pace to train NT defender. Are we in hattrick? Where got 'magnificent' pace?


The maximum is 3 assistants, but you can opt for 0 or 1 in the beginning. The importantce is still to get the right NT coach.

If financial is really an issue, I really hope you can sell this guy, so that you will get the necessary money to build around your team.

yeah i noe. I haven't been doing much for the past few seasons. There won't be much transfers into my team as I plan to bring up my youngsters for an all-local team. Its a long term plan. Hopefully I'll be as good as Kedah and not rot like Penang E&O. Anyway it will be cheaper than buying players. I got plenty of decent kids to sell. Nvm, since the season is open I'll be generating money. I suffered finacially because some time ago I accidentally added an extra 0 to buy a defender. Ended up paying 1mil for a player who cost 200k at most. I got an unearthly pace guy by the way. Just got lucky i guess. Had to sort through many lousy trainers.

no worry, I also have the same policy, buying local. Only recently, buy 1 keeper, because local don't have formidable keeper. Either divine or expensive old excellent keeper.

On the long term plan, it works for me. Hope it works for you too.

if u wanna to keep the player and train him to become NT player, u can ask mysprs when u got any qusetion, he is one of the experienced player at malaysia. else NT　Coach and group mentor also your good helper.

Wow. Another all-local team. I was lucky to have a very good keeper in my default team so I don't need any transfers for that. Hopefully my youth pulls will bring me a keeper. I kinda mistook magical for magnificent lol.
