Subject: Why it is important to get new users in?

FYI,

I have mails all the 860++ active users in Hattrick and do some promotion about sokker.

Hopefully, we get some new bloods. We can't fully depends on the youth system to get in potential NT players.

For Malaysian generations that age 17, 18 and 19 years old, it is very bad as I would say only a few, less than 10 came out from the youth systems from Malaysian teams this season that are good enough to be NT level. We need at least around 30 to 50 potential NT trainees per age group, so that in future we will have a strong NT. Some may not be trained properly, some may have poor talents, that is why we need at least 30-50 new potential good players every season.

Even teams like my team and maybe sialunx teams don't produce good trainees in this age groups this season. If no new teams come in, our NT will have big big problems, and maybe 4-5 years from now, teams like Singapre even have better players in that age group compare to us, because they have some new teams registered this season, and we don't.

Hopefully, with the spam will improve this situation.

And it is hope we can maintain the new joinees, by providing them guidance/mentoring for their teams.

Any volunteers to help to mentor? If interested, please let wooikeim know.

Maybe in this 2-3 weeks time, i can contribute the at least a mentoring system for Malaysia. I expect will have 85-90 after this week? So group will divide into 8. I need at least 8 volunteers, which can be local or foreigner. Please sk-mail me if you interested. Thanks. After i got 8 volunteers, group will set after that.

I expect we will get 20- 40 new members. If you can get 4-5 helpers is good enough. Count me in. Get some good material for newbies guide too.

1) Alot of hattrick members already have a look in sokker. Those that interested already in the sokker now, and those that are not interested already gave up. We are only try to attract new hattrick members which are not alot.

2) Previously we have at least 200 joiners because they want to register and see how sokker look like. Only minority are interested to play sokker long term, they just want to see how sokker look like. This time, I created a dummy accounts for them to view, they come in and feel what sokker is all about, before we register. Thus, DO NOT EXPECT ALOT of new joinees in this time. However, do expect that they are interested to play this game, provided we give them proper support and advise.

Yeah, i saw yr message in hattrick, is a great idea to create a dummy to let the player to feel the game. So, at this moment i make it 5 groups.

another thing and very important remember to teach all new player coming from HT rememebr they dunt know a thing of tactics they dunt know how to do a tactic block by block send links from the one in youtobe so they understand this is not HT this is not only numbers and stats this is alot more then taht

Yes, i already send sk-mail to them. Hope they will stay and consistently login to be an active user.

in my mails to them, I have directed them to previous jawor's newbies guide, which I think is great for a start. the newbies guide is already in the lower league's forum.

also try to get an e mail from them or a messenger or somethign and for the National trainer mail then asking for the skills of the best players they got

I have send mails to them offering helps, if needed.

I will let wooikeim do this part. Let the NT manager asking them for players ability, I try not to overlap this.

I will just try to giving them ideas of the basic of the game, and also my experience of the do and don't.
