Subject: Why it is important to get new users in?
I have send mails to them offering helps, if needed.
Thanks for your suggestion on e-mails.
I will let wooikeim do this part. Let the NT manager asking them for players ability, I try not to overlap this.
I will just try to giving them ideas of the basic of the game, and also my experience of the do and don't.

For Malaysian generations that age 17, 18 and 19 years old, it....
My advice... don't spend money on juniors if you can't afford a minimum 'outstanding' junior coach.

Correct, agree with you. If you don't afford an outstanding junior coach, then don't spend for junior.
I have seen some users who has only very good and excellent coach for junior, and hope that they can pull out some good players for their first team, as they can't afford to buy.
IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Don't waste the money. Even you have magical coach, if you can get 1 or 2 juniors in a season that can walk straight to the first team, you are a very lucky man.
Plan your budget, get young trainees for you team first, maximise you training, if you still have money to spend, then only invest on junior, maybe for a start formidable junior coach also ok.

he knows wut he say but also do the economic planification of it losing money today paying a nice trainer and winning alot after 1 season some times taking risk gives tremendus results sometimes fuck u off
yeah, let me further elaborate on maximising training.
If you train defender, then you should have 10 trainees below 23 years old.
If you train midfielder, then you should have 10 trainees below 23 years old.
If you train striker, then you should have 6 trainees below 23 years old.
Ensure you get the trainees first and train them. This is the higest priority. Junior is second priority. If this is in place, sooner or later you can afford afford the junior training or even stadium building, by selling some of the trainees and getting younger/cheaper in for replacement.
What I see alot of Malaysian temas have financial problem is, they do not maximise the training, only have 2-3 below 23 years old, and train them and hope they get alot of money from it or maybe strenghten the team. At the same time, they invest in stadium and juniors.
They will stuck, because training 2-3 trainees will make your income very slow, and the expense is high with juniors and stadiums. The team just can't balance the book, and can't afford to have better coach to train players.
Maximise the training first before anything else. Once all the trainees are there, second priority should be junior then only stadium.
I will hope the future NT coach, will work this out with the Malaysian users, so that they will have a base on training and juniors. If future NT coach do not work this out with Malaysian users, and only concentrate on the first team players, I afraid in the long run, Malaysian users will run shot of production of good future players for NT.

Below is the breakdown of all the current 36 NT players breakdown of their last trained local teams.
MY United - 8
mysprs - 4
dieMANhardUTDfan - 3
Scorton Rovers - 3
Fake Madrid - 1
Bot Team - 3
CrypticHunter - 3
Dodgers FC - 2
Accidental Mel United - 1
Liverpool Kop - 1
MightyUnited FC - 1
Red Walliance - 1
DaMnGooD - 1
Albany - 1
TOIYOSAM - 1
irleen - 1
huang - 1
Only 17 teams in Malaysia involve in producting NT talents, and only the first 5 teams have produce NT players via their junior setup.
The rest of the teams have their players by default, where they first registered. In Albany case, he buy from the first 5 teams, MY United.
That is why it is important to get new users in, to get players in default.
Our junior production via junior school is too little, if we don't get new users in, I afraid on the younger generation, we can't compete even with team like Singapore, as only 5 teams are producing NT talent via junior school. I will count Winning 11 in, as he manage to get one great talent this season. So, six team so far, as far as I know of.
And even that for the last 2 season, my team is not production any good juniors. Only MY United is consistently producing great juniors.
We have a bigger problem on the 17 years, 18 years and 19 years generation. And I would say 20 years generation is the best for Malaysia, as at that time alot of new users come in, thanks for jaworlegia.
But after that generation, we will have a very big problem.
So, the measure is
1) We need to bring in more users in
2) We need to educate more users on how to have great junior schools, not with junior coaches of very good and excellent

Yeah, i got your player skill already. What i plan already is i will play with all 16 new faces in this coming International friendly game. I will mail you if i select them to join ok?
A lot of player are asking me to select their player to join but only 11 places are available for the first lineup. How can all been selected? Since few days back i got your player skill, i will record it in my database.

Rosman is one of the best talent Malaysia ever produce. Maybe only MY United junior that sold more than RM 13 million is better than him.
If you planning to train Rosman, midfielder or defender skills, I will further pm you. Although, I would like you train midfielder, as Malaysia NT now need midfielders like him.
To sell him at 4 mil euro is cheap, MY United one sold at RM 13 mil.
Bakthiar also is better than most of the defenders Malaysia have.
Both are definitely Malaysia first eleven material.
Reason both are not in NT is because you need more technique training. Once you have train them technique to adequate to good, they will be in Malaysia team.
Better email me for more discussion about NT players.
