Subject: Why it is important to get new users in?

Rosman is one of the best talent Malaysia ever produce. Maybe only MY United junior that sold more than RM 13 million is better than him.

If you planning to train Rosman, midfielder or defender skills, I will further pm you. Although, I would like you train midfielder, as Malaysia NT now need midfielders like him.

To sell him at 4 mil euro is cheap, MY United one sold at RM 13 mil.

Bakthiar also is better than most of the defenders Malaysia have.

Both are definitely Malaysia first eleven material.

Reason both are not in NT is because you need more technique training. Once you have train them technique to adequate to good, they will be in Malaysia team.

Well, now I'm training shoot , but I want to change it on speed next season.

I got one question need some pros to help

I got player that training at 2ndary skill is fast, so he is talent right? But train primary e.g striker he pop slow.....

Is that one talented player may talent on some skill only ?(train pace fast but slow when at tech ?)

if the skill is higher in the primary (eg def, pm, gk, striker) it will most likely pop slower (eg excellent -> Formidable 4 weeks, Outstanding -> Incredible maybe 5 weeks.

If the 2ndary skill is lower average/adequate, the skill will pop faster

Only juniors can be talented in whole skills, because they pop in school and you can't see skills of them. It is a little different with normal players. They can be talented in each skills and anti-talented in other. But if players pops in the same tame in every skill , you can say that he has talent for e.g. 4.

dont forget bout their stamina... both of them have low stamina.. doesnt suit to play for 90mins... build up on that!
