Subject: Why it is important to get new users in?
dont forget bout their stamina... both of them have low stamina.. doesnt suit to play for 90mins... build up on that!
mysprs: And even that for the last 2 season, my team is not production any good juniors. Only MY United is consistently producing great juniors.
Lets just say that toong is a very lucky guy. I've trained alot of talented juniors with high levels of skill only to be promoted as players with skills in all the wrong areas. Suck

Yeah. And also, I have train for 2 seasons to sell one good trainees for 9 mil, only that his just popup 1 junior worth 13 mil.
Feel like not worth to do training, better pray and get better junior popup. Haha.
Joke aside, I think his first team squad is overall balanced, thus, it reflects on the junior.
And also Faisal Kram is not bad what. My last junior that make it to National team is Rafaek Sumardi, I get him when he is 17, and he is going to be 23 soon. 5 season plus of training.

the number of youth i have 16-20+ usually throw away youth with talent > 6 weeks
Jalaludin Nazri Affendi, age: 67,
wage: 164 000 RM

brilliant coach
Training effectiveness:
very good of stamina, formidable of keeper
unearthly of pace, outstanding of defender
unearthly of technique, unearthly of playmaker
unearthly of passing, unearthly of striker

My junior coach also is a brilliant coach. My coach is no much worse than yours.
And there is already some team in Malaysia have magical junior coach. They still don't get juniors like you.
Junior coach will expedite the popup and that is the only thing. And also, it is not very a big difference between an outstanding junior coach and brilliant coach and a magical coach.
What I notice is your formidable junior is much more better than my outstanding junior sometime. And sometime, your very good junior is as good as my formidable junior.
It might be luck, but I tend to believe the depth of the squad affect the quality of your junior.
For example, I am strong at striker and weak in midfield and ok in defense. Thus, most of my junior is in this range.
My recent formidable juniors which sold to Mighty Reds is a good example.
unsatisfactory stamina
tragic keeper
good pace
adequate defender
very good technique
hopeless playmaker
adequate passing
good striker
I have produced many junior striker before.
And you are one of the team only team in Malaysia that have train for almost every skills except striker, and you brought well in striker. In another word, you are strong in midfield, strong in defense and ok in striker for Malaysia standard.
And see the midfielder that you have produced. Mustapha Kamal, Dawson, Haji Menan, the 13 million midfielder and etc.
I think this is the main difference. Your training plan for your team balance bear fruit for your juniors too.
A formidable junior of my team, and a formidable junior for your team and a formidable junior from a Polish team that play for more than 15 seasons are different. This is what I think I found out. The type of juniors that produced by experienced teams that play more than 15 seasons, will never produce by Malaysian team in season 7, no matter how lucky the Malaysian team is.

Out of the 4 national keeper now, 3 of them are production of toong.
Omar Nordin
Lokmalhakim Tumin
Faisal Sabian
When toong pull out the 3 keepers, he has the best keeper in SL, not sure whether he trainied keeper before.
But I think when he pulled out all the 3 keepers, he is not using this coach. He is just using a formidable junior coach. This is why we all 'geram'. We have better junior coacb and invest not less than toong.
My mistake is I am too poor to buy any trainees, and have to make do on what I have, because I focus on stadium. Thus, the best players to train is Rafaek, so all my training focus is to develop Rafaek. And all my juniors also mostly is striker.
The outstanding junior that I pull is sold to Dodger FC and worth less than RM 100k. He is very good in pace and training, and all the main skills are below average.
You see, even though he is not a striker, he still strong in pace and technique skills (striker skill).
Just make it simple, if your best midfielder in the team is very good playmaker, just don't hope you can pull one excellent playmaker, even though it is outstanding junior. I never pull midfielder above good level to be honest. And toong have pulled excellent playmaker, over and over again.
However, I have got a magical main coach to improve my squad overall. And thinking to upgrade it to unearthy soon. Hope this will help.

There is one divine Colombia keeper in the market. Why not monitor his price, and you will roughly know?
My estimation is above RM 20 mil. The other NT keeper sold at that price. However, have seen divine keeper sold more than RM 40 mil, it all depends on the other 4 factor
1) pace
2) passing
3) age
4) timing/luck

albany3131,
Any chance for you to continue training pace after his keeper reach divine.
How about having a double divine keeper, divine in keeper and divine in pace?
Advantages, your keeper will worth even more and it is great for NT.
Disadvantages, you won't have your money to build your team so soon. You will suffer with high wages too.
Have a thought of it.
toong,
can afford to buy him? on your case it is 4% discount of the total price.

I gona train pace this season , so its good for me. but the problem is that i don't have more than 2.5M euros and i think this keeper worth 4-5M
may be we can relate better if the currency is in RM
here come the money changer
4 mil euro = rm 20 000 000
5 mil euro = rm 25 000 000
4 mil euro = rm 20 000 000
5 mil euro = rm 25 000 000
i roughly know, i meant to say if he think he can become our NT coach, perhaps he can start get use to talk in RM
