Hy guys ! I'm Vlad and I'm from Iasi , Romania
and i would like to be your NT-coach.
I'm 20y old and I working at a gas station.
I've got many free time because my working schedule
is 16h with 48h free and i have accest to internet
from there to.I apply for your NT because I got
encouragement from mysprs to apply it.

If I get elected my working plan is :

1.The game tactic part

I'll talk with you before any game and together we
can choise a tactic to use. Personaly I like 4-2-2-2
but also 4-3-3. In this moment I don't know the skills of
your NT-players so this is my tactic ideea.


2.Future NT-players part

In this one i'll search for all malaysian players
with ages betwen 17-19 with Nt potential. I'll talk
with they current managers about their traning and how
is more better for NT.
For the searching I'll get some scout if someone will
be interested.
i personaly have one with potential Mohd Safri bin Abu Sammah

3.Comunity part

I always keep in touch with you comunity and we can talk
about anything , not necesarly about sokker or Nt.

how would you keep track of player skill? what if i sent you fake info?

THats no way a NT Manager will know whether you fake or what. Player have to be honest to NT manager. I will recommend the NT database to the next Manager once the election is complete. In fact now i testing on 1, which got some technical problem, waiting for the solution.

Election will start tomorrow, Anyone are free to apply yourself as NT Manager. My Malaysia Player Skill Database will send to the Next Manager.

I think you wouldn't send fake because the good is your interest to. but anyway as wooikeim say a data base will be superb. I'll try to make a data base.

Okay. I will start in this elections again , but I know that I won't win it , again to ;)

If you didnt win the election still ok because you will be a group leader for Malaysia Mentoring System.

So Jackal , tell me why do you want to be Malaysian NT coach?

Because I looking for a new challange and I think I can do a good job.

And if I not mistaken, you have work with jaworlegia before, when jawor is Romanian NT coach? Is this correct?

My achievments so far...well... I play sokker since 15-05-2005 , but to be honest 3 seasons I don't take care of my team (HT-player than). When I promoted first time in our first league then i start to play seriously sokker. I won 2 times romanian championship , 1 cup runner , then I start falling. I helped lots of ro-users and still helping , I'm in the 'Mentors' program in Romania.

Well...we have 4000users but maybe a half are active and 300 active on forum. You are 82 on this moment but I don;t think this is a problem , personaly I like smaller comunities.
I see potential , I see a young team with some good players and with a right traning we can build....i can't say a elite Nt , but a good one we can do.
Improvement....as you said we can spam HT :P , or we can advertising on other forums from your country.
But anyway with an united comunity we can make great things , look at Scotland(96u), Canada(81).

I'm afraid it's wrong. I run for Ro NT when 3 times , but jawor wins all 3 of them. he was 3 times our nt-coach(2 seasons and a half). I talk with him but i never work with him.

i have voted you, but can you think a way of keeping track player skill, something singapore nt n belarus nt doing or NT viewer.

of course. i would search for someone who can help me with a data base. our data base was made by aiurea , our ex-LA , now he is MOD.
