In this thread every candidate could post his election speech. One candidate have one post. Any comments are not allowed here.

Hi Malaysia,

As most of you know, I have previously been the NT manager for Malaysia,

Why elect me?
1. I have previously been the NT Manager and know a general Idea of the Skills of the players.
2. I will experiment with both new players and tactics throughout the season
3. I will introduce a competition match (such as the last season I was elected) to gain more interest in the NT and get newer team’s star players playing for the NT
4. I intend to involve the Malaysian users A LOT more than has been done previously, by running through tactics with players and communicating with all users by asking for weekly/fortnightly player skill updates
5. I have more time on my hands now, as I have bought myself a new computer which has a wireless internet connection, so can be available at most times (especially on sokker)
6. I have recently bought PLUS, which means I can watch games of opponents, and their managers to see their styles of play and try to find more holes in the tactics. This however will not be the only way to create the tactics, as I will also do my best to play to Malaysia’s strengths at the same time as trying to exploit the opposition’s weaknesses

My Plans for the Season:
1. If elected I would like to take as much advice from Malaysian users and any other players as to how you would like the NT to be run.
2. I will form a committee of players and get scouts for each position (Att, Mid, Def, GK) these players will also help with tactical ideas and player selections.
3. Continue and Expand on Wooikeim’s plan of a mentoring system and doing my best to continue the work which was started.
4. Use more Juniors (19-22 YO players) in matches to look for future Stars of the NT.
5. Search the Transfer at least twice weekly for Malaysian NT players, and Upcoming youth players being sold off and try to find potential buyers for the players.
6. Compete in the Mini World Cup and then Create an ‘Asian Countries Tournament’ (See Below) – If there is sufficient countries interested

This seems like a lot to promise, however I have much more time for sokker, and I have that time to be a lot more committed to the Malaysian Community.

Also, if I am elected for the Malaysian NT, I intend to run an Asian Countries Tournament. This would run after the Mini world cup has been run and completed. Again if there is sufficient Interest from other Asian nations.

start in elections to NT coach of Malaysia. Probably most of us don't know why I want to be a coach of your country...Answer is simple: I like people ,
who lives in Malaysia , because they are great and I can talk with them on every subject I want. I hope some day you will elect me on NT coach and we with

Hi everyone! I'm happy to apply for the NT manager of Malaysia!

I think that Malaysia can do best in NT matches and I'll do my best to win a game in the next season...

For that I have some tactic and my propose is to appeal to the best manager of Malaysian's super league and some good manager of belgium for my staf.

So, let's choose a good way to progress next season, choose Patfred for candidate!

I have got experience, I'm playing sokker for about 3 years. I’m Italian NT def Scout and I have much national players in my team.
With my experience I can help the national become a big national. I will use a database similar at Italian database. Hy guys ! I'm Vlad and I'm from Iasi , Romania
and i would like to be your NT-coach.
I'm 20y old and I working at a gas station.
I've got many free time because my working schedule
is 16h with 48h free and i have accest to internet
from there to.I apply for your NT because I got
encouragement from mysprs to apply it.

If I get elected my working plan is :

1.The game tactic part

I'll talk with you before any game and together we
can choise a tactic to use. Personaly I like 4-2-2-2
but also 4-3-3. In this moment I don't know the skills of
your NT-players so this is my tactic ideea.


2.Future NT-players part

In this one i'll search for all malaysian players
with ages betwen 17-19 with Nt potential. I'll talk
with they current managers about their traning and how
is more better for NT.
For the searching I'll get some scout if someone will
be interested.
i personaly have one with potential Mohd Safri bin Abu Sammah

3.Comunity part

I always keep in touch with you comunity and we can talk
about anything , not necesarly about sokker or Nt.

here in italy we got the original form of Italian, Latvian, Singapore and Belarus Database so we should keep it!
