Tiger,
This is rather impressive. Seems that you have the advantages of being the previous NT coach and know what Malaysian teams are lacking.

Why elect me?
1. I have previously been the NT Manager and know a general Idea of the Skills of the players.
2. I will experiment with both new players and tactics throughout the season
3. I will introduce a competition match (such as the last season I was elected) to gain more interest in the NT and get newer team’s star players playing for the NT
4. I intend to involve the Malaysian users A LOT more than has been done previously, by running through tactics with players and communicating with all users by asking for weekly/fortnightly player skill updates
5. I have more time on my hands now, as I have bought myself a new computer which has a wireless internet connection, so can be available at most times (especially on sokker)
6. I have recently bought PLUS, which means I can watch games of opponents, and their managers to see their styles of play and try to find more holes in the tactics. This however will not be the only way to create the tactics, as I will also do my best to play to Malaysia’s strengths at the same time as trying to exploit the opposition’s weaknesses

My Plans for the Season:
1. If elected I would like to take as much advice from Malaysian users and any other players as to how you would like the NT to be run.
2. I will form a committee of players and get scouts for each position (Att, Mid, Def, GK) these players will also help with tactical ideas and player selections.
3. Continue and Expand on Wooikeim’s plan of a mentoring system and doing my best to continue the work which was started.
4. Use more Juniors (19-22 YO players) in matches to look for future Stars of the NT.
5. Search the Transfer at least twice weekly for Malaysian NT players, and Upcoming youth players being sold off and try to find potential buyers for the players.
6. Compete in the Mini World Cup and then Create an ‘Asian Countries Tournament’ (See Below) – If there is sufficient countries interested

I have questions for you, not so much on your speech, more on questions related to your current team.
1) You have finished second in the second tier in Australia this season. Can I know what is the difference between your team and the team that finished first? If you able to identify the gaps, what is your game plan to close the gaps?

2) What is your favourite tactics that you are comfortable using in your league. And what is the tactic that you think you will use in Malaysia, since you already know well most of Malaysian players? How big is the difference between the club tactics and the NT tactics for Malaysia? I expect you will say, tactic will depends on opponents, but just give me your opinion generally.

1)
At both ends of the season my team was required to play the team that finished first (Chelsea F.C) Undermanned. In the first game i had played, i was without my best striker, Drapala, and had not changed my tactic for a while from the previous season, leaving my opponent available to view my tactic and take advantages of the flaws in it.

My match in the third week of the season against Salgaocar i had decided to use a 4-4-2 tactic that i had not used in about a season. I used the tactic knowing that they were a striker trainer and have three very strong Strikers in their squad. The tactic was warranted, but i was careless with my tactical selection.

Once i bought myself PLUS, i started to experiment more with tactics. I started to use a winger in some of my games which worked pretty well and am happy with the results. My back end of the season i was the most disappointing for me personally as i did not win a league game for the last three weeks.

Against Salgaocar again i was defeated, this time using my newer winger tactic, but mirrored and thought that the change up would do something to change the result, however again with the Salgaocar strikers being rather strong they somehow walked through my defense to score two goals to one.

When i started watching my 2nd last league game against Real Galah, Live, i realised that i had forgotten to set my tactic back to my first team from my friendly match. I thought that my 2nd team had won me the game in about the 70th minute, but their striker scored an absolute scorcher in the 80's from outside the box, then One of my defenders fouled in the box, which resulted in a 3rd Yellow (and suspension from the next match) Giving them a Penalty in the 89th to level the scores at 4-4.

During the following friendly, i used my full strength squad against an A-League 2nd's team and ended up receiving 2 injuries to my squad players, One to my 2nd best midfielder, (the other one had already been injured) and the other injury to my Aus NT Def Chris King.

Playing the match against Chelsea in the final round, truth be told i was not really going for the win. I win would have been nice but i was more attempting to go for the draw. It would mean that Chelsea would still Auto Promote back to the A-League but would not do anything to my final position, win lose or draw. That game ended up with a 6-1 White wash, which i was incredibly disappointed with as i had formed a tactic to play against Chelsea but failed when King was sent off after the 25th minute leaving a massive hole in the defensive line. I also had, Bayraktarogilu, Yon, Salaerts out (2 Def, 1 Mid) and Hewitt (Mid) and King (Def) on Slight Injury for this game.

That is where i feel parts of my season went wrong, and areas of the game that i feel i need to work on.

2)
My favourite tactics for my team would be a 3-2-1-2-2 formation, (as you can see from most of my matches throughout the season) The tactic has worked fairly well for me and compliments my players and their skills.

Of course for the NT, the tactic will depend on the opponent, and of course that is true. However, i will want to play a tactic that will compliment the NT players to the best of its ability to use the selected players in their best positions and to get the best out of them. This is why i wont say in my election speech that i will use a "3-5-2, 4-4-2, 4-5-1 etc tactic"

When i was NT coach i preferred to use a 4-4(1,2,1)-2 tactic. But i also used a 5-3-2 tactic (against South Africa and Austria) and also a more aggressive tactic in the last game against China.

Tigermaster,
3) What you think is the strongest position in Malaysia NT? And which is the weakest position in Malaysia NT? Anything you can suggest to maximise the Malaysia NT strength and improve the Malaysia NT weakness?

4) On your 6 points of your plan made, if you are elected, which one is the most do-able, why? And which one is the most undo-able, why?
2008-02-07 02:49:37
Mr Kenny/condor88,

Please ignore the previous thread. We continue our Q&A here. Thus, it is more easier for Malaysian users to view what all the candidates comments.

1) So you are saying you have a team and will let us know your team's programme to us as soon as possible. Great! Can you briefly let us know, your team's member, their experience, how you all will work as a team. Am I right to say Mr. Kenny will be the spokesperson, most of the time?

2) Mr. Kenny, I noticed you are quite new to sokker, registered at 2007. Is that true, or you have previous sokker experience?
2008-02-07 02:58:33
Jackal_be,

1) Your team had finished second on Romanian Cup, 6 seasons ago, no small feet in the country like Romania, and was doing very well back then. But since then you are not getting good results, and just relegated this season. Any reason behind this?

2) I have observed that your team name has changed twice since you finished runner up on Romanian Cup 6 seasons ago. Any specific reason for this?
2008-02-07 03:08:06
Pele,

1) Please let us know how you think you can add values to Malaysia NT? I mean how you think you can make Malaysia NT stronger?

2) You have been training Edward Abdullah for quite some time. Why you think Edward Abdullah still can't make it to Malaysia NT squad even though the entry level to Malaysia NT defender is very low, and before Edward Abdullah joined your team, he is in NT squad? Is your team training plans hinders Edward's progress, and if yes, any plan to sell him? If the answer is no, can you see Edward Abdullah to be in NT squad soon?

Why me?
I play sokker since 3 years so I`ve got a lot of experience that is usefull for the NT campaign to keep very good results. I also have a lot of free time to set tattics and matches as well as I can!

Staff
My staff will be composed by two scouts (Mr kenny and iMpRoBaBiL3) and assistant managaer (andreank) that will help me we to set tattics, scout our opponents, scout young players and they will also help you with whatever you need (we`d like to grow together). Of course we`d be glad if any malaysian user would like to add himself to the staff, just ask it

Player Management
Malaysian national team has a good base of players but I think we should grow continuously and players shoud be trained in the right way to keep up their best.
To manage and train players better I will introduce a database similar to the italian one, so we would be able to observe our players and make they grow in a profitable way for NT

Young Future Stars
To set up good players for the future I`d try to propel users to invest in their youth team. I will also try to find many good managers to buy young future stars too.

Tattics
My favourtie tattic is 442.
I believe that we should ever play with 4 defenders otherwise we would risk too much.
So all my schemes will have at least 4 def (in case of very strong opponents even 6). However tattics will be modified from time to time for every match depending on our opponents but especially on skills of our avaiable players.

Community
I`ll tray to drag your community by opening a thread pertaining the NT match every week where I`d like to know your impressions of the match, your critics and (as I hope) your congratulations.

1) Poor traning cost me. 4-5 seasons i tained badly (ex passing on defenders) , and I have lots of old people in my team. When I relegated the first time , was because i change generations. This season i relegated because...bad engine , nmy 3-4-3 was veery bad this season , look at my defeats at the start of season. The same 3-4-3 that 2 seasons ago i won almos every game , and the 3 defs that i had 2 seasons ago were much weaker then my actualy defs. so wtf happend i don't know.

2) I see that you talk about my Romanian CUp...well i never want to go for the cup.
First name i changed because there are to many "Poli Iasi" in sokker and I want to be something original (fallen angles). and the second i changed because i'm a liveerpool fan.

3)
The strongest position in the Malaysian NT currently I would say strikers. With Faisal and bin Anusai as the Strike force and then some up and coming players such as Zainuddin, Faizal Kram, Rafeek Sumardi, Kamaruddin, and even bin Anusai still only turning 22.

The weakest position in the Malaysian NT currently would probably be Midfielders. From what I have seen of the Malaysian Defenders, it is not their defender skill that is lacking it has been poor tactical placement from the defs rather than the mids. Why I say mid would be because currently, Malaysia is being dominated in the midfield against the other countries. Yes, Malaysia does have many midfielders, and plenty of up and coming players, such as Ibrahim Hong and Haji Helmi Manan, but there is only a very small number of players being produced.

4)
In Order of Easiest to Hardest to do throughout the season (By numbers) would be
5.
1.
2.
4.
6.
3.

My reasoning behind each.
5. Is basically looking on the Transfer list twice a week. If there are any decent players on the list, or up and coming youths, i would let first Malaysian users know about the transfer, and if anyone else who i knew trained the position (eg mid) i would try and find a buyer for the player.

3. As i believe Wooikeim found difficult to organise such a large system, i too believe that maintaining the Mentoring system with such a large number of people is an incredible task. My plans for the system to work would be to find suitable mentors (current ones included) and try to keep the same groups as they are now. The reason behind the mentoring system becoming so difficult would be that it will be very hard to coordinate and still maintain throughout the 16 weeks of the sokker season, (if not longer).

1)Hmm... I think now Malaysia NT is the strongest as it can be. Why? Because it has the best players of this country and there's no way now , to make it stronger. Of course , there's lots of vg young players which I can see in NT in future , but they need to train really hard. My advice to managers which has NT players: If you're changing training , which is not so much needed to NT players , for e.g. you have striker and you're training DEFs , just sold them to managers who can make them a stars!

2)Edward played in NT 3 matches , 2 of them because I won 2 competitions on forum and I could chose players to play in NT , so I chosed him. 3rd match was in NT Malaysia U-20 and he had played very well and jaworlegia told me that he's a future of your NT. About 2nd part of question... I'm going to train speed right now, because he needs some. No , I won't sell him , because he's my 1st squad player! One of best defenders! If I want to add him to NT squad , of course firstly I will ask you on the forum is he good enought to play in NT.

That's all what I have to say. I hope my answers are pretty clear :)

Manager Assistant - defenders trainer

iMpRoBaBiL3

How the scouting system will work
We will introduce the scouting system that gave italian managers the ability to manage in the best way young players, nt players, trainings, youth teams, and all colud develop your community!

example of this kind of system are Singapore, Belarus and Latvja

- Database to follow every player's progresses
- Training programme specifically for each kind of player
- If it is possible we'd like to let you train all your best players (when this won't be possible we will search best italian trainer to buy those players, so we will check their training programme and their grow everyweek)
- Mentoring system to help you not only with trainings but also with economy
- we want to involve as more malaysian users as possible

In Italy our forum is very active, all best users attend in every thread, and when an italian manager is at the helm of a NT all the italian community partecipate to the development and the growth of this foreign community.

we'd like to involve malaysian users like we do in italy!
to make this happen we will open a thread every week for each NT match where:

- we will explain our expectation for the match
- what kind of tattic we will use
- wich players we will line up
- your suggestions
- your request
- compare opinions of the match

we will also open more thread during the week for every kind of problem, request, questions and whatever you will need, or we will need to tell you
