Subject: New Mentoring System
No more new team?Is that the last one?Hope they will stay active..Now i have problems with my players..always get injured for a long duration..hate it..
I can understand you... i'm training striker and all injuries occurs to my strikers... every week i have at least 1 striker got injure :(
Have been tie up with something else, lately. Would like to spam some other online football games 3-4 weeks from now? Any volunteer?

I was wondering why this has been stop. i think the existing NT Manager should plan and continue with this system.
Sorry if i say anything wrong, no hard feeling sir. I wonder 1 thing that the NT manager are not active at all. I guess Malaysia need a NT manager that able to interact with us, know what we want, and play better match WITH his experience in sokker for few years.

Yeah , but u chose ur NT coach , so nobody is guilty here.
everyone is entitle to suggestion, nothing is wrong.
let me just put it this way, the amount of tasks in the NT is more than what you and I can imagined.
This explain, why from day 1, when we can find NT coach that can do a and b, but can't do c and d. And if you can find one that can do c and d, he can't do a and b.
If one to be a NT coach, and you expect him
- to have a database on all the players, and ensure the right players are monitored and developed
- to monitor transfer, in and out, and trainings
- monitor form and field the right players
- to be active in forum and guide newbies
- to prepare analysis on pre match and post match
- to ensure improvement on match
Ideally, if you want this NT coach, this guy must not have any commitment, not study and not working and just play sokker at least 15 hours a day. We can't find this people, and even this people exist, we don't hope there is such a people as it will ruin his life just to be Malaysia NT coach.
So, priotiy needs to be set, I think the Nt coach needs to
- identify talents and work on it
- experiment with the talent, and improve on every match.
I think the NT coach should concentrate on this and nothing else. Of course, there is a few people will say this is nonsence, as a NT coach they needs to
- answer every users mail
- talk to every teams and improve them and mentor them
- and lots more communication
Bear in mind, sokker is just an online game, no one will does that, even they is one, they will do it initially, when they are not many things tie up. And when many more things are tie up, this is where the priority needs to be set. That is why until now, Malaysian sokker users can't find a perfect NT coach. And there is no perfect NT coach. You need to set priority and vote for the priority you set. If you think you can do better, volunteer yourself.
So, what I am suggesting? To me, the biggest problem is not the NT coach does not communicate and not active. The problem is the Malaysia community is not active. Those that are free, volunteer to help, if one volunteer can volunteer one task, then if you have more volunteers, more task can be done.
The reason the mentor system and most of the initiative are not going on, because there are no volunteers in Malaysia committe. You need at least 10 to 20 volunteers to be active, so that the forum and the NT will be lively.
Sadly, this is not the case, even in post match forum, no one interested to post a simple comment of Well done, or you can do better. But there is still suggestion that the NT coach need to be more active.
The community needs to be more active first, for sokker Malaysia needs to work, before you demand the NT coach to be more active. it must be two ways communication, not one way communication. That is why I always try to spam alot of various management games to bring in more active users. And even this, some of the Malaysian users saying better don't waste time and just concentrate on the current users base. No one has volunteered to help on any activity needed for the spamming exercise, outgoing gathering, forum queries and mentoring forum.
So, as at now, my priority is only on getting new talents and spamming alone, and I think it is already too much to ask me to do for. On and off, I will give some mentoring with Malaysian users which email me personally. Getting new talents is a huge tasks alone.
Ideally, Malaysia sokker should divided into
1) NT coach
- concentrate on games
2) NT helpers
- to scouts and to communicate and to monitor transfer, to give second view to the NT coach
3) Community
- to make the forum, post match analysis, mentoring more lively. Offer yourself, or at least ask interesting questions, so that the NT coach and NT helpers can attend it and make the forum active.
It is frustrating, no Malaysian interested to raise new topics, and ask questions in the forum and yet when come to election time, they are the one that will shout the most.
Read my lips, MALAYSIA users need to be more active! Before demanding other people to be active.
Recently, one of the more senior team Accidental Mel United leaving us. He mentioned that he is not happy with the Mentoring System, can't help him much, not active, so he leaves the game.
Seriously, base on Accidental Mel United seniority, he is the one that is contributing, offer himself to be mentor and not expecting some mentor mail him, on how to play the game.
On alexferg, you are one of the pioneer in Malaysia now, your team is the top 10 on the date join sokker list in Malaysia, so it is your responsibility to make the Malaysia Community more lively. Hope you can do the job.
Make the community active, contributing by asking questions in forum, so that the NT coach and NT helpers will answer and help to make it a more lively too.

For me, my opinion is the priority number 1 now is to increase user base. Malaysia U21 is the strongest in their generation, where alot of good players in this age group, yet we are very far behind.
Do you know that we have a problem to field a U21 side next year, we have less than 5 good players in U20 due less than 5 users in Malaysia has the coaches and training system to grow talents. And we lose a major one in Usahat. Even many SuperLiga teams does not have the right coaches to train.
And after this priority to increase user base, the next one is to scout for any decent one, as we already have very minimal young players, so can't waste any one, not even the half decent one, and need to spot them.
So, I will use all my sokker time to do both.
Expect Malaysia team to be worst from this year, as out of the 70 plus users that remains in Malaysia, more than half of it does not login for the past 1 weaks. So, basically, Malaysia has only 30 to 40 users, and less than 5 have acceptable coaches to train NT players.
And it is really a problem to put in 11 players next season to play in NT U21 tournament, if the Malaysia community continue not to be active and contribute to Malaysia aokker.

I don't really know why u r writing all these explanations. Alexferg said only what he thinks. I don't like while some1 is trying to change my opinion about sth.

This is to Malay users only I think , cause I didn't elect u. Of course ,if I ever have a question, I'll ask.
Thats a long explainaition mysprs...anyway..I really thinks this sytem is more ideal if its still running...We all know that NT's job is not easy...
but the system must go on...maybe the NT's does'nt have enough time does'nt mean the system can be called off...
Just 1 thing...be patient when playing sokker..Even sometimes it make us angry but we need to relax..dont be in a rush...My playe have been injured for a long duration...almost everyweek but just relax...This is just a game...Even if you won a really BIG match does'nt mean you won a Big trophy in reality...
Remember..If you plan something good..keep it up..If you want some good go and get it...Patien and hardwork is the key to sucsess...
