condor is a great manager, unfortunately he ain't got english mastery even if he can speak english quite good...
so we are working together to provide you our programme as soon as possible, I think we sholud post it tonight...

Why me?

Staff
My staff will be composed by two scouts (Mr kenny and iMpRoBaBiL3) and assistant managaer (andreank) that will help me we to set tattics, scout our opponents, scout young players and they will also help you with whatever you need (we`d like to grow together). Player Management
Malaysian national team has a good base of players but I think we should grow continuously and players shoud be trained in the right way to keep up their best.

Young Future Stars
To set up good players for the future I`d try to propel users to invest in their youth team. I will also try to find many good managers to buy young future stars too.
Tattics
My favourtie tattic is 442.
I believe that we should ever play with 4 defenders otherwise we would risk too much.
So all my schemes will have at least 4 def (in case of very strong opponents even 6). However tattics will be modified from time to time for every match depending on our opponents but especially on skills of our avaiable players.

I have been invited to join the team, if the Italian team won the election, we will work together. And I would be glad to accept the invitation to join the team.
It is a pleasure to work with Serie B and Serie C managers, Italy ranks second in sokker. Not to mention the other 2 members, which I found that they are quite active in Italian forum and very knowledgeable.

It is not a small feet to work closely with all the clubs on the detailed training strategy for every players. There is altogether 33 clubs from both overseas and local. It is a gigantic effort for one single person to do it, but by having a team that have segregrated tasks, it certainly help.

iMpRoBaBiL3, Mr kenny and mysprs are very much the core people in ensuring all the teams that have national prospect will be getting proper guide with a forum system similar to what the Italy NT is using now. Italy is the second best team in sokker behind Poland. So, the team is using a proven system. Besides these, continue scouting for more young Malaysian talents is the top priority.
Condor88 and Andreank, both succesful managers in Italy, will be very much the people that will fuly ultilise the players that Malaysia have and will use the best tactic base on opponents strength and weakness, and aim for the best..

My personal opinion is this system is great and will comprehend the team's plan nicely. As of any NT coach in any countries, most of the time the concentration is to the clubs that have NT players, to guide them the proper training/junior investment/coach investment for NT benefits.
We still need system on tackling the grassroot problems, the problem on new users, who need explanation on the basic of the game. Teams that does not have prospect for NT needs full attention too, and this is where the new mentor system is extremely important. To maintain the users and to grow the base.

hi wooikeim, in the last days I write on the forum why thursday and friday I have the two last exams and am studying a lot! But I have always read the forum. with improbabil3 Mr kenny we are trying the better way to be involved the community and the initiatives that we think can be good are write in the forum by mr kenny because knows English better than me.
i believe what he meant is that why are you guys interested in running Malaysia NT. yah i also wonder why.. but dont get me wrong. i just want to know what interest you on malaysia.. is it because of its bright potential or its a steppingstone for you guys to guide a better quality NT team in the near future after you guide malaysia?
