Result is Srbija 4 : 1 Malaysia.
Malaysia lead 1:0 at half time. Some positives from the match, considering Srbija is ranked quite well in the world ranking. And a very thank you for wooikeim to be NT coach for the last match. Certainly, I think he learned alot from his one season stint in NT.
For all NT coach candidates,
This is the last chance you score some points from the voters. Still some fence sitters haven't decide who to vote yet.
Please
1) Comment all the POSITIVES that you see from the match, your view, the tactic used, the player's abilities?
2) Comment all the NEGATIVES that you see from the match, your view, the tactic used, the player's abilities?
3) Comment on how you think you can do better, if you are the manager and used the SAME set of players in this match.
4) Comment on what is the area you think is the biggest WEAKNESS for Malaysia overall view, (not from this match) and what you can do to improve it?
5) Comment on what is the area you think is the biggest STRENGTH for Malaysia overall view, (not from this match) and what you can do to make this weapon counts to create better results?
Hope all the NT coach candidates that are serious for this post, answer the above questions on your best effort.
For condor88, I wish you can answer in this thread using Italian, and maybe some of your team members help to translate it to English.
For other Italian team members that wish to answer this like andreank and co., please do so, but we still hope we heard from condor88, since he is the official NT coach candidate.
For the others, if you want to comment too, please do so as you wish. This is basically a post-match discussion after all.

To answer the question, I am not candidates any way, I think sokker is a game, and a game is basically a leisure to spend your time. Thus, it is not wise to take action for those that are not active. It is just a game.
The only thing that NT coach can do is to prioritise, those that take the game more seriously and would like to contribute to building a better Malaysian teams or contribute more to the forum, will be encourage to continue to do so and work together towards the goal.
Those that not interested to be active and participate in forum, answering sk mail, then the NT coach should just leave them alone, if they have questions to ask, should attend. Wise NT coach will not plan around those teams, even they have good players.
Sibu Swat is under Group A, mentor Pele.
The mentor should help. I just drop a mail to Sibu Swat asking him about a young player detail.
From my understanding, Sibu Swat is a keen gamer, just that he played to many online sokker game, and do not concentrate on sokker alone. I have saw his team name in a few online games that I went.
In order to be good in this sokker, in the beginning you just need to spend extra few hours to make your team click. And we must accept, not many teams are willing to do just that.
Having a grassroot mentoring system, with the intention of building relationship and communication first will help. This is just what the new mentoring system is all about, drop them mails and build contact before expecting them to post questions to forum.

totally agree wat mysprs say, i still holding my vote ticket. see how the candidate analysis the match.
So can we agree that those NT coach candidates that do not answer in this thread, will be regarded as non-serious candidates?
The reason is we have been promised and we expected that we will have a NT pre-match discussion or NT post-match discussion or both during the election speech. If the candidates do not bother to share view for a post match analysis during election time, why we would believe he cares to do so, after elected? And also, those that do not answer probably those that don't monitor the forum.
So, NT coach candidates please shows all Malaysian users you all are capable for the promise/expectation.
And I would strongly recommend, all voters to strongly analyse the candidates strength and vote for the best suitable candidates.

yeah, if they interested with NT coach of malaysia, they should do their work. gather information and look closely to the match either in NT or at own team. Find out which tactic or position is the best for the NT player.
like what mysprs say, today is last day of election but look like all the candidate no show their face to make final rush of the vote.
Look at this season voted and last season. maybe last minutes will have more ppl vote. but now the total vote only 23. look like the candidate is not very hard work to grap vote from player.

This mean we lose active users.
Last season we have around 30 plus votes for a user base of 80 plus.

sorry guys here in italy we got some connection problems today :(
this is what condor think about the match:
1) I liked today's strikers performance, (still think is the best role in malaysia) they' ve been dangerous for srbija both from the distance and close to the goal, I liked their moving too, also goalkeeping was good!
2) I didn't liked the defense today, defensive wingers and the defensive midfielder (6) were too much distant from the CD so srbija's strikers could shoot from out the penalty area, CM (8) was backlog when strikers was in area so he never capitalised counter attack.
Moreover in my opinion it was a great wrong that on corners and throws in only 3 players were in the area
3) On defensive throws in i'd rather put more players, reduce number 6 position and raised number 8 range.
i would line-up an in line back four
4) Back is were malaysia has got most problems, defenders are too much slow, they got pretty good secondaries but strikers pass them without any problems, we should put a back four a little bit back with one or two median that should gain and retrieve the ball possession
5) Attack is the best thing malaysia is able to do, it can be helpful a midfielder with high pass and playmaking that is able to make very good filtering passages for forwards
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I agree with condor, I also think that some strikers-midfielders moving was wrong (especially on wings), the were too much times in the same place and both marked and sometimes they were too much alone in the defensive trap of srbija...
I think that not only defenders, but also goalkeeper needs more pace

so i hope u can act urself as a NT coach and try to make the analysis of each NT weak point. Make a proper training plan for them and of course to contact the owner to do that .
1)
Highlight of the match for Malaysia would have to have been the Goal. Excellent cross and finish to put us up 1:0
2)
Tactically, throw ins and corners seriously need work done. You can not afford to have a striker throwing the ball in backwards and leaving no options for the receiving player, except for the lone striker up front who had been marked by their 4 defenders. Also, when the ball was in their half, we had only 3 or 4 players on the attacking side of the centre circle. Leaving no "Go To" man up front when moving the ball from the defenders towards the strikers
3)
I would make sure that we had more players when attacking, and ensure that i was playing a Flat back line, be it a flat 3, 4 or 5. Throw ins would be a focus, as you can get some useful run ons from these situations and create goal scoring opportunities.
4)
As i have said previously, i feel the the midfield is the weakest part of Malaysia. At this stage, we are not taking control of the midfield, this could be changed tactically, but in my opinion and from what i have observed, Malaysia's midfield needs to get some more depth.
5)
Malaysian strikers are easily the best. There are many up and coming Malaysian strikers and also plenty of Malaysian/International striker trainers who are training strikers. To utilise this strength, the tactic would need to be much more attacking and have a few higher placed midfielders who can feed the ball to the strikers.

Comment all the NEGATIVES that you see from the match, your view, the tactic used, the player's abilities?
i will do this when the old matches have been restored :)
but just looking at the report Malaysia's defense should of been tighter and Haji Helmi Manan the number 7 further wide and higher up but i cannot be 100% sure on how high he actually was as i cannot watch the match yet.

To all new NT coach candidates,
First of all, I am glad that you all apply for this job. However, I don't think it is fair to the previous candidates that put in alot of efforts campaigning and answering various questions, and someone new come in and get the job.
You still can try, as it is a democratic world, you have the right, nothing wrong, just that I highligted this for not wasting each other time and I am sure most Malaysian will agree on this too that,
"We won't vote new NT Coach Candidate for this round".
It is your choice.

im just giving Malaysia a extra option!! but i do agree :)
1) Comment all the POSITIVES that you see from the match, your view, the tactic used, the player's abilities?
I don't believe there was any positives apart from taking the early lead. The players do have potential to cause problems but not the way they were set out in this match.
2) Comment all the NEGATIVES that you see from the match, your view, the tactic used, the player's abilities?
Where do i start :P The defense was poor it was not straight which lead to easy openings. The strikers were to wide! strikers in the middle score more goals. No one was marking the wingers! the winger/wingback no 7 was not out wide enough ! the midfield was in a position where they were practically useless, And even worse it was not a full strength Serbian team. The throw ins were very poor especially throwing the ball back to the defenders :O
3) Comment on how you think you can do better, if you are the manager and used the SAME set of players in this match.
I would of straighten out the defense and improved the offside trap by bringing the defenders up a bit more, Also the strikers i would set more central so they would not have to pick up the ball themselves and trying to pass. The no 7 i would set as a higher winger to target the strikers when he can as a lot of goals comes from crosses and corners. I also would of used 2 Defensive mids on the same level marking the strikers when they come up high. Throw ins i would of dramatically changed. Mainly bringing a midfield to the throw for a free throw as these are very good at getting it in the penalty box :)
4) Comment on what is the area you think is the biggest WEAKNESS for Malaysia overall view, (not from this match) and what you can do to improve it?
The weakest area is the defense! very very slow :( but the general team its self lacks pace as well. I would encourage users to train pace mainly the defender trainers! but unfortunately we cannot force users what to train, but hopefully we can encourage the users enough for them to do something about it :)
5) Comment on what is the area you think is the biggest STRENGTH for Malaysia overall view, (not from this match) and what you can do to make this weapon counts to create better results?
I would say the ATT seems the strongest position! if the strikers can be used properly and to there greatest potential they can cause some defenders problems. But it will still result in the way the midfield is used to supply the crosses and passes to the strikers.

My last game is end, New NT Coach will be born 2 days later. Good luck.......
Thanks. The more game you play the more you improve, a good result and some nice experimenting too with certain players. Think you will be back to NT coach one day!
