Subject: [NT]Malaysia

I know it's condor that should open this thread, but unfortunately he got an examination and can't open this thread himself today...

Hi everyone,
first of all I'd like to thank you for voting condor!Hope you won't be afraid of that :)
I also want to thanks tigermaster wich has made a great campaign and was very fair!
I'm sure he will attend our forum to let us know what he thinks about everything we are going to do!
and complain :P

We are working hard and that's what we have to do in the following days:

- Introduce Database
We are working to create a new database similar to the italian one, where should be added all potential NT players...

- Best of Malaysian Players
We are also going to introduce a Best of where you can find all best players added in DB for each role and each age (that's the italian one for example)
To da that you should have a little patience and wait a few time cause there are a lot of things to do and even thought that's interesting,
it's not a priority

- Convocations
We have convocate all players that are included in our list (you'll find the complete list here in our first NT thread)
but we are always looking for new players.
We have already asked to all trainers wich have a convocated player in NT their skills.

- Minimum Request
When all trainers will send us their NT player's skills we will be able to create minimum required skills
to add a player in DB.
NB players that are added in DB won't play for sure!they are just interesting players for NT.

- Set Trainings
When all trainers will send us their NT player's skills we will able to create trainings plan too.
As said before the most of defenders haven't got enough pace.

- Mini World Cup
We have registered Malaysia in this competition, tonight at 20:00 sokker time groups will be drawed,
here is Mini WC forum, anyway we will post here our schedule.

- Friendlies
Now it's a bit early to arrange friendlies for the rest of the season, we don't even know how long we will partecipate to Mini WC
and we are thinking about the possibility to partecipate at the Mini u21 qualifiers

- NT Page
We will post links to DB, Best of, staff members and matches schedule

- Relationships
We are building relationships with everyone has got a NT player, if you own a NT player, or an interesting young player please just let us now
before you sell him, we could find him a good trainer and maybe provide you a higher ammount of money
ofcourse we won't forget about the rest of users...

3rd match - week 5 against Bulgaria

best two teams for each group will qualifiy to the knocking out matches...

Does Malaysia have 3 coaches?

No, the coach is condor88! Mr Kenny is his spokeman, the other people of staff will be intruduce asap :D

Now we're collecting players skill for the match against Moldova ;) for all who have NT players take a look at your sk-mail (if don't receive one is because at the moment we know the skill of player) :)

good start, condor88 or other staff, please sk-mail other malaysia player to update their player to the database. In case some of them not really active in forum, so they might be miss out this

This player is very important for us and i hope the new manager train him (myspr - as NT MID scout - and condor88 will decide in which skill, so if you have money and want to help us... buy him! :))))

formidable form, hopeless tactical discipline

poor stamina, hopeless keeper
adequate pace, unsatisfactory defender

if he has a good talent he'll be a very important player for our NT :)

And then i sent a sk-mail to the user that bought the 17yo defender from toong (toong: do you know his talent?) and i hope he'll insert him in our DB :)
