Subject: [NT]Malaysia

I had to try something to prevent their strikers getting through our defence. In the end a lack of stamina cost us the goals, but the tactic seemed to work well against them. I knew that they wouldnt change their tactic too much (especially after they won 5-1 last time against Malaysia) And knew I had to try and make goals for us. I was hoping that we could get a goal or 2, or force them into Extra time or Penalties. Unfortunately it was not to be and Malaysia has been knocked out of the MWC.

Good thing to note however, Malaysia did qualify out of the Group stages and Challenged South Africa. If we had have progressed we would have been playing Russia where it would be another tough game but a game that could have resulted in a Semi final birth. Not to be but still was a good run.

This week we take on Makedonjia. Hopefully We can get back to winning ways after two tough games and gain some vital ranking points back.

try play with 2 cmd even with 3 will be a good choice to destroy malaysia contenders attak 3 cmd with 4 defenders will be a hard job for any team to break stand them like a ladder with just a lil presing cuz malaysia is not to fast and leave 3 players for att u can use 1 wing or 2 ofensive midfilders and 1 striker

but as i already said it was a hard game not a bad result prety nice

Malaysian U23 is taking on Brazil U22. This is going to be a very tough match to get a result from but I am looking forward to the challenge of taking on a stronger opponent.

Going to try out a new tactic this week, hopefully will work out well for the team.

Going to have to be cutting a number of players from the NT squad soon as well. There has been a limit introduced for the NT squad of 40. So basically I will be cutting the squad down to around that number in the near future.

Rather disappointed with the result tonight. Malaysia really should have beaten Moldova. 13-14 shots to their 2 and a 1-1 final scoreline. Disappointed that Faizal Kram couldnt finish with and open goal... but fumbled the ball out past the goal line for a goal kick. The Malaysian first goal was great! Came right at the start, perfect cross from the corner, landing on Yusri bin Anusai's head and drilling it home.

With the loss of both Mazlan bin Tumin, and Sri Jaafar bin Aris this week it really hurt our defensive line but I think we managed rather well all things considered. Ibrahim Majid played out of his skin on the wing tonight, but unfortunately our strikers couldnt break past their defence to win the header. Really should have had 2-3 more goals tonight and hopefully will be able to notch up a win next week playing with the first teams.

Another disappointing draw and another game where we missed golden opportunities. Another game that we really should have won, but in the end the strikers couldn't finish.


This week we take on Bolivia in an U22 match. Could anyone who owns an U22 player (22 years and under) Either send me their skills or update them via the online Database. This is a game that I really would like to win just based on the fact that we havent won one for a while and I would really like to get back to the winning ways.

Im planning on doing a mass update of the database over the weekend, starting Thursday. This may or may not be successful on my part as I am going in for bone preservation surgery in my mouth on Thursday and all will depend on how I am feeling and if I am relieved from pain for enough time to turn on a computer screen. So my goal is to have time to almost completely update the Database.

Will be organising the tactics and lineups on Wednesday as I dont want to be making any mistakes there for this game against Bolivia. Hopefully a win is on the cards and will be really happy to get things back on track for this season

I have pulled up much better than what I expected today, so have made the tactic and line up today. Still a number of tweaks to the tactic to be made but should work out well. We really lack in the Midfield currently but we do have a number of very nice prospects coming through the ranks that will be on show tomorrow night.

Defence and Strikers seem to be decently strong and we should be able hold their own against the Bolivia U22 team. The only other thing that is lacking is a Quality U22 keeper.

Should be a good game and hopefully we can pull off a win

Just watching the match there seems to be a significant lack of Technique in all of the players that were out there today. With all bar 1 player out there with technique higher than excellent playing today, it really shows what a higher level of technique can do for a player.

Technique = Control + Chance to dribble the opponent.

There were that many turn overs due to fumbles and lack of control it was almost unforgivable. Gifting their mids free run through the middle of the park.

The defence also had a shocker, also kept fumbling and was rather disappointing to see. I was rather disappointed to see that 3 out of the 4 defenders who are most likely to get a run in the 1st XI had their worst game in a long time. Disappointing result all round, hopefully against Latvija we can do a better job next week.

Who's going to run for Malaysia U21 manager?

maybe I'll try .
don't see any chances for myself in the first NT , so maybe it will work with young players .

One player with NT potencial in transfer topic on my team

1 week ago he was in my team with trainning of tech in the future but all change and I will not train tech next season.
And cause he can be useful to your NT I want to sell him and not waste him in my team
