If Malaysia performed so badly in the MWC... Why are they playing in the U21WC??

Pointless imo.. Im looking forward to seeing more 4+ - 0 Losses!

As a former NT coach, I found that your comment are distateful.

U21 World Cup is a different ball game, where all the teams can only field U21 players, and Malaysia have half the first choice NT players that are U21 might be a good 'experience gaining' tournament.

If this is the attitude that you have, if perform badly then don't need to participate, I don't think you should manage any NT coach again.

You know about sport spirit? Keep on improving yourself, although odds are on ourside? Never mind, you won't understand.

A NT coach will only are bad, if he don't learn from mistake, not he owned a bad team. As far as I concerned, this is the main reason why wooikem is out. And as far as I concerned, Malaysian users are ok with condor 'learn from mistake and improving' status now.

However, it is still too early, and we still need to give him time to see what he capable of, and then only able to judge whether he is up to the job.

If this is what it take for you to criticise without valid reason and hope to win back next election, I afraid you look sound too similar with our current government arrogant remarks, and as at the recent election result in our country, it was a political tsunami.

Just keep on improving your sokker knowledge, move yourself up to A-League, and with better experience, you should able to manage a NT again. I don't see giving distateful and discouraging remarks will help your course!
2008-04-02 03:18:46
why im saying this is because,

Malaysia voted condor in for his experience and for the results.

However, there has only been one result which has gone Malaysia's way and that was against a minnow in Andorra.

As far as i can see, the Malaysian community has not recieved what Condor has promised. Last season you were after a Mentoring system, which Wooikeim delivered, and this season you were after results, which have not yet been delivered.

I am not saying that I am perfect in any means, but with someone of Condor's standards and position in Italy where he is, you would have expected ALOT more from him than what he has provided thus far.

Also, from what i have seen in the forums, he is not active. You also wanted someone who was an active user in the Malaysian community. Has not been provided. All communication has been through Either Mr Kenney or iMpRoBaBiL3. NOT Condor.

You know about sport spirit? Keep on improving yourself, although odds are on ourside? Never mind, you won't understand.

Obviously you dont remember the elections at the start of the season, where u campaigned to keep me out of the job when i rightfully won the job in the initial election. Please think before you type something like that.

What does it matter if i am not in the A-League? Have a look at my season in the Cup. I am in the final! why is that, Tactics and on my way i have beaten 3 A-League teams. I am also about to play the 4th this wednesday. I have been pushing the A-League for about 5 seasons, but have faultered at the last step. (As explained during my election speech too)

Just my 2c worth of an opinion
2008-04-02 03:34:06
Correct, you can criticise in area where you think needs improvement. So, please criticise. We need check and balance.

However, such comment are distasteful. Comment without any base, and it is an insult to everybody in Malaysia, inclusive of coach, helpers and even to the Malaysian users that contribute and supply their players to NT.

I appreciate you point out for room of improvement, but if you want to insult Malaysia and expect to get a job from them, just think again. Just think again, when Malaysia participate U21 World Cup, it is not only condor effort, it is effort of all, inclusive of all the Malaysian users, especially those that have NT players. Condor only represent us.

You have been given chance before, if you are so good, you are sure is still NT coach by now. So, mind your own business first and don't ever insult MALAYSIA again!

Why are they playing in the U21WC??

Pointless imo.. Im looking forward to seeing more 4+ - 0 Losses!

You get the point. It is unfair to me to judge you by A-League, and I don't see other factors. In fact, I play in M-League, so I should mind my own business.

But why you comment on U21 World Cup for Malaysia? You think it is not matter for A-League, but does it matter for U21 World Cup.

As far as I concerned, for 3 years you are in charge for NT, you can't sort out simple things like players DB and alot of players that are good enough to be NT especially defenders, but you didn't guide the owners, and the owners don't train it properly, and we MISS OUT talents.

If we perform badly again, you need to share this responsibility as well! To blame the entire Malaysia performance in condor, and you previously in charge for the last 3 years, are just being irresponsible.

Let me be clear, I will not vote any coach in future that say enjoy seing Malaysia being trashed.

Sorry i believe you are mistaken... First, Malaysia has only been around for just under 3 years. Second, I was only NT Manager for 1 season.

Lets be realistic, I dont enjoy watching a loss at any time, and i sure as hell dont want to see Malaysia losing by 4+ - 0. Malaysia has been drawn a very tough group, in Mexico, USA and Canada. All 3 teams went to the World Cup, and realistically, their U21 teams are much stronger than Malaysia's 1st XI.

Please, If you are going to attack me on the forums, make sure you know what you are accusing me of BEFORE you write something down.

Who accuse who now? You know what I mean is 3 seasons not 3 years.

Who attack who now? I am realistic that Malaysia will not do well, because they are facing the top 20 teams in the world, all of them. But does that mean, you can insult all the Malaysian?

If I talk about you can't do well in A-League, you are very insulted, and give me answers for the explanation. What make you think that if you say the same think to the Malaysian teams before the tournament start and enjoying it every moment of it, is not an INSULT?

If I were you, I will just apologise to the MALAYSIAN teams. You are just former NT coach, doesn't mean you have the right to drop by MALAYSIA forum and drop an insult without any reason, as the match have not begin, the game has not lose yet?

If you talk about using the wrong tactics used after the game ended, we can have a discussion here and your opinion are welcomed. But if you just want to drop by Malaysia forum and make an insult, you are not welcome!

playing in any tournament should not be a bad thing, whether we know we are going to lose badly or not. unless these loses is going to cost us, i.e. next WC we will be placed in a harder group.

U21WC is nothing more than organised friendly, and it can sometimes motivate more of us to watch the National match.
2008-04-02 23:56:20
Mexico, USA and Canada are all pretty tough.
2008-04-03 10:51:52
i can only quote what toong says.

Everyone love to see his team winning all matches.. but we're not poland so we have to fight in every match and have to show our potential.
Now we'll prepare the match against Canada, and we'll try surprise them ^^
2008-04-03 15:42:45
malaysia was really unlucky in the groups draw(unlike austria ;). those matches won't do the team any good in terms of ranking points.
2008-04-03 18:44:15
Who accuse who now? You know what I mean is 3 seasons not 3 years.

Order of NT Managers,
Mukegilee (1 Season)
Woob (1.5 Season)
Jaworlegia (1.5 Season)
Tigermaster (1 Season)
Wooikeim (1 Season)
Condor88 (On Going)

1 season in charge!

If you talk about using the wrong tactics used after the game ended, we can have a discussion here and your opinion are welcomed. But if you just want to drop by Malaysia forum and make an insult, you are not welcome!

You say i havent spoken about tactics... I have said at the START of the season Malaysia needs to use an ATTACKING tactic... From my point of view, this has not been achieved... Admittedly, there might have been more goals scored against, but a more entertaining match with more goals scored for Malaysia. I could almost guarantee that Malaysia would have scored AT LEAST one goal in the MWC.

As an example, when Polska was almost unbeatable, teams tried to defend against them, they were losing 7+ - 0, however once teams decided to attack them the results were much closer and some teams have been able to win. Even the Match against Italy in the Previous world cup qualifications, Wooikeim managed a tactic to break their defensive line twice and get Malaysia to score two goals! Huge achievement for Malaysia. However with the tactics used by Condor in the first 3 games by an experienced user were not what you would expect.

I have also said things in the past that you have not agreed with and what i said this time was out of line. So for that I will Apologise to the MALAYSIAN Community. However I have been the ONLY former Malaysian NT manager (other than wooikeim) who has stayed around the forums even if i have or have not become the NT manager.

Also, thus far, there has been no response from Condor, NT COACH to anything that I have said in the forums. As far as i am concerned, the NT coach should be responsible for communicating with the users, NOT his scout(s), however poor his English may be.
