Hi Malaysia,
As most of you know, I have previously been the NT manager for Malaysia,
Why elect me?
1. I have previously been the NT Manager and know a general Idea of the Skills of the players.
2. I will experiment with both new players and tactics throughout the season
3. I will introduce a competition match (such as the last season I was elected) to gain more interest in the NT and get newer team’s star players playing for the NT
4. I intend to involve the Malaysian users A LOT more than has been done previously, by running through tactics with players and communicating with all users by asking for weekly/fortnightly player skill updates
5. I have more time on my hands now, as I have bought myself a new computer which has a wireless internet connection, so can be available at most times (especially on sokker)
6. I am a PLUS user, which means I can watch games of opponents, and their managers to see their styles of play and try to find more holes in the tactics. This however will not be the only way to create the tactics, as I will also do my best to play to Malaysia’s strengths at the same time as trying to exploit the opposition’s weaknesses
7. I have recently made it into the Australian A-League after a number of seasons in the II.04 league, the first time I won the league and played a qualification match against an A-League team.
My Plans for the Season:
1. If elected I would like to take as much advice from Malaysian users and any other players as to how you would like the NT to be run.
2. I will form a committee of players and get scouts for each position (Att, Mid, Def, GK) these players will also help with tactical ideas and player selections.
3. Successful implementation of a mentoring system and ensuring that it would run successfully unlike previous attempts
4. Use more Juniors (19-22 YO players) in matches to look for future Stars of the NT.
5. Search the Transfer at least twice weekly for Malaysian NT players, and Upcoming youth players being sold off and try to find potential buyers for the players.
6. Do my best Tactically and make Malaysian NT matches a much more looked forward to event each week.
This seems like a lot to promise, however I have much more time for sokker, and I have that time to be a lot more committed to the Malaysian Community.
I have also started forming a Committee of users who will assist me with the NT Job.
These users include;
Wooikeim - Former NT Coach, Assistant Manager
Zadzi - Assistant Manager
The role of committee members is to discuss tactics and player selection and talk about previous matches and in which direction they want the NT to move towards

do you have someone from malaysia(or foreign) in mind to help you? don't need to list them, just want to know if you are elected will you contact them instead of them volunteer to help you.

Yes, I already do have a number of users in mind - I have contacted some by skmail and Currently awaiting their responses. My aim is to get about 5-8 users in this committee and if there are any more users who would be happy of offer their assistance it would be beneficial to both parties (themselves and Malaysia)
I think there is a different between
1) having 5-8 users in the committee
2) having 5-8 users in the committee that can work together, committed and have a same goal
The former is having the correct number, the latter is the fact of life where only committed helpers count. Quality over quantity.

The helpers only will be committed if they think they can work together and share the same goal. No one is getting any pay here. We have mentor previously that suppose to help, however, even though he is in the committee list, but he has not done a single thing. This is the common thing happening here.
It is difficult to get committed members to work for you, and you need 5-8 committed members for a NT to perform all the tasks.
And I believe 1 committed members in a team is better than 8 members that are not committed.

I please ask you to remove your last paragraph as you are campaigning for condor IN MY NT thread. Please, if you are going to say something in my thread I ask it to be questions NOT about who you are voting for and their capabilities. As far as I am aware... unless you know something that I do not... the players who i have in mind I expect to be willing to be able to work very well together.

FYI.
If I remember correctly, zadzi is woob, previous Malaysia NT coach before jaworlegia. Please let me know, if I am wrong.
