Hello, I’m Roberto, As most of you know I am the NT manager in charge, I’m 20 years old. This has been my first season from NT manager and I think to have carried out a good job, also if some proposals made by me at the beginning of this adventure, have not worked. The job of NT manager in fact has been tough then I predicted and also with the aid of several scout (the Mr kenny, improbabil3, mysprs and vinluc) managing all players upgrades, visioning of matches to study adversaries and the preparation of the several tactics has been so hard. Moreover my attempt to involve users is bankrupt: nobody has answered to the sk-mail. Now we have finally created an optimal database system with best malaisian players and completed training programmes much effective for most of the young stars.I hope therefore that this job has been appreciated and would be pleasing to come to your confidence
I`m also searching some volunteer to help us to create a post of introduction to the next match

2) My experience in sokker, I play since 3 years and last season i finished 4th in Italian series B (without the accident to my better player could became 2nd place) moreover facing teams like Mexico, USA and Canada with Malaysia NT gave me additional experience about this game
My Programme
1) Continuing the very good job of scouting and maintaining modernized the database with the best coming young players from youth schools
2) In this season there will be the qualifications to worldcup and our goal is to try to annoy the most possible favorites to the qualifications
3) We will make U21 friendly on saturdays on which we`lll not have official match
4) Try to improve the actual system, wich after starting with some troubles is doing quiet well

Condor, How do you intend to improve the Malaysian world ranking to, as mysprs is saying, top 50 if you have not been able to iron out simple flaws in some of the tactics that you have used. As far as I am aware, Malaysia has the capability to progress into the top 50 rankings and be level with teams such as India (who started at the same time as Malaysia) but do you intend to play a more attacking game of football or stick with the defensive tactics that you have employed this past season?

if I defend is not well, if attack is not well…. :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))) seriously: the win against Singapore (I played with 5 defenders but we have win 6 to 1) and that against the jamaica has increased our ranking. moreover playing in defense or attack depends to the adversary. if we want increasd the ranking we would have to always play with the better formation without some new players because we always must have the better scoring to increase the ranking

you say you played with 5 defenders against a team such as Singapore... I believe you could have played with a 3 man defence and played with a 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 tactic. This way you could have dominated the midfield and therefore created more chances for goals.

Also, in all seriousness, Malaysia playing against jamaica and winning is not such a great achievement... I agree a win is a win, but its like an Italian Div 2 team playing against a 4th or 5th division team in the cup and the Div 4 or 5 team getting smashed.

It isnt about what is good or is not good, its about the approach that you take to the match... There were just simply a number of matches that Malaysia should have won and won easily that were either won by 1 goal or lost. You say to increase the ranking you would need the better formation, correct, BUT looking at some of the matches in this last season (ex. teams playing with 3 strikers left unmarked) there was little or no research behind the tactics used.

All I want is the best for Malaysia, and if you do win the elections again I do hope that you take these points into account...
