Subject: [NT] Tigermaster

Hi Malaysia,

As most of you know, I am the current NT manager for Malaysia,

Why elect me?
1. I am the current NT Manager and know the player’s skills
2. I will experiment with both new players and tactics throughout the season
3. I will introduce a competition match – and hopefully there will be more interest in it this season - to gain more interest in the NT and get newer team’s star players playing for the NT
4. I intend to keep regular contact with Malaysian users by asking for weekly/fortnightly player skill updates
5. My tactical ability has improved a lot this season as shown especially in the last few games (3-6 against Chile, 8-0 against Kypros and the two victories against India) Also, in this past season Malaysia finished the higher than what they have ever finished in a World Cup Qualifying
6. I am a PLUS user, which means I can watch games of opponents, and their managers to see their styles of play and try to find more holes in the tactics. This however will not be the only way to create the tactics, as I will also do my best to play to Malaysia’s strengths at the same time as trying to exploit the opposition’s weaknesses
7. I have successfully completed my first season in the Australian A-League finishing 4th. Also making it through to the semi finals in the Australian Cup

My Plans for the Season:
1. Use more juniors (19-22 YO players) in matches to look for future stars of the NT.
2. Search the transfer list at least three times weekly for Malaysian NT players, and upcoming youth players being sold off and try to find potential buyers for the players
3. Do my best tactically and make Malaysian NT matches a much more looked forward to event each week.
4. Play in the Mini World Cup and hopefully be able to progress out of the group stages.

I can only see the Malaysian NT going forward from here, and I do hope that I get the chance to move forward with the team. Any questions just ask and I will be more than happy to answer them

what's up mate?

oh yeah - not alot... just making tactics, searching for players (just found a decent player on the TL) updating players, setting lineups, oh and not least running for Malaysia again =P

i belive onace ago ther was a malasia data base why dunt u try and see if some of the others NT that have database or an admin to help u

Ahh yes - but Malaysia does have a database =)

Check the Malaysian NT page and unless I am mistaken, a link for it is on there. I also have an excel spreadsheet which I keep relatively up to date.
