Thanks everyone for the warm greetings.

It is indeed surprise and pleasant to see previous NT coaches like jawor and condor that still drop by to Malaysia forum and care for Malaysia sokker development.

Thanks for tiger too, and all the best for your election in Australia U21.

I still have Sokker Malaysia on my forum list so sometimes i'm reading what is written here. It was very long time ago since I watched any Malaysia match but I'm looking on results.

Thanks mash7981, do drop by Malaysia forum often, although I admit it is quite dead here.

Sialunx, you are back, after 1 months of not log in. I thought Malaysia champion will become BOT team soon, however, lucky you are back.

Welcome back!

Yes I will mysprs. I liked the way you've set up the NT. Your plan of creating more transparency is a positive step as i feel this will eliminate any unwanted problems. Good luck in your endevours this season.

mash7981,

Yeah, you read me well. My main objective to create more transparency is to eliminate any unwanted problems.

For examples, Malaysia users has certain expectation for the NT coach to perform A, B and C.

However, national team coach has other plan, and do X, Y and Z and without the knowledge of Malaysian users.

So, come election time national team coach has high confidence of being re-elected because he thought he has done so many thing. However, Malaysian users might feel otherwise, and feel that he has done nothing.

Who's wrong here, National team coach or Malaysian users?

No one is wrong here, just that communication doesn't take place here and unwanted problems arise. My style is, if I feel X, Y and Z is more important, I will do it, and I will report exactly what I have done.

So, Malaysian users that follow the national thread know exactly what I have done, and what I have not. By then, if they still feel A, B and C is more important to be done, they should personally let me know or even post it on the blog.

If they have done this, and I don't at least discuss it on the board about my opinion on A, B and C, then it is fair that Malaysian users assume that I don't do my job?

But if I keep on doing X, Y and Z and no one has highlighted that they think I should do A, B and C too, is it fair come to the next election that they think I don't do the job?

You see, I just try to report everything that I have done and plan to do, if there is idea that something must be done and it doesn't mentioned by me, it means, it has not done yet, so they need to highlight to me. Communication must be two ways.

Couldn't have said it better myself, good luck with the NT.
