I'm quite experienced sk manager. Since becoming season i will play in polish third division. I'm in SK for over 3 years...

My favorite domain in this game are juniors, which can be train into the real stars, that's why i apllied for that job.

I'm also quite well known on international forums, which can give rational adventages for this team.

Vote for me is equall with vote for experience and responsibility.

If you have any questions just send me a sk@

Best regards

for all Malaysian users: here you can give your vote for U-21 NT coach

Hi,

I see you as a good candidate for U21 too. I like what you say that you like to work with the junior. However, working in junior in your term might be very different from working with junior in Malaysia context.

In normal term, work with junior means from the pool of 50 to 60 juniors identified, you select 5 to 6 for every positions, you work with the trainers to train them. And monitors them, and hopefuly some of them will become future stars.

Let me briefly let you know in Malaysia case, we have exciting first eleven players for U21, unfortunately we don't have

1) strong bench players, thus any injury and out of form or even red cards, will impact the U21 NT game.

2) we do not have a SINGLE goalkeeper that is being trained for U21 and there is less than 10 goalkeepers (U21), most are not good enough even trained, yet there are untrained.

Saying all this, let me get back to the point, in Malaysia, "working with the junior" means

1) always communicate and monitor local teams whether any new junior emerge every Thursday
2) once you find problematic position like goalkeeper, you need to talk to the trainers, whether to train or to sell
3) if the trainer wanted to sell, you need to arrange to get the right trainers to train it.

So, to me, to be U21 coach in Malaysia, it is less analysing and planning for junior, but more coordination, because, we have a very thin players, and once a decent junior emerge, you need to coordinate it, because the team does not afford to have any 'WASTAGE'. We are not country like Poland, where we can afford to have 'WASTAGE', good juniors never trained, as they have a lot of players to be selected to be in the U21 team, never mind some of them never train.

So, my question is
1) Do you think you can handle this job well? If yes, why do you think that?

2) What the plan and things that you want to do for U21 Malaysia NT, if selected.

3) Trying to increase the user base for Malaysia team from 70 now to 100 for examples, is one of the option to have a stronger junior base for U21, as more teams, which means more players and more trainers. Would you consider of trying to kick off a campaign to increase Malaysia user base as an option to have more players for U21, especially problematic position?

If yes, how you would do it?

If no, what is the better option you have in your mind to make U21 players base stronger?

"Vote for me is equall with vote for experience and responsibility."

experience, because of 3 years in sokker and responsibility? tell us please :)

thanks for your questions mysprs and toong

i'll try to explain all point by point:

1) Do you think you can handle this job well? If yes, why do you think that?

I'm aware about deficiency of juniors in concequence of low number of users. But at the other side, it should be easy to monitor new pulls every thursday and ask for skills if i'll detect any new player.
After evaluation of their potential i would advice what is the best training for them to increase their chances for play in NT or find a buyer who can train them well. To entice Malaysian users to cooperation i can give as a NT coach some kind of recomendations in transfer topics what in most cases significantly boosts the transfer price. My good opinion on polish forums and international forum should be helpful also...
Also important thing is protection of NT players in abandoned teams which i will giving if necessary

2) What the plan and things that you want to do for U21 Malaysia NT, if selected.

First thing is find as many U-21 players as possible. Not only in Malaysia ligues but primarily in foreign ligues. There are some available tools which can be effectively use to this task ex. mukhlionu's Dream Team Web.
I think that many of found players will need some training modifications and regular update of progress.
Second will be selection the best of them currently and in the future. And last thing will be made a tactics appropriate for best players in actually highest form
Quite important thing is matching oponnents. The aim will be collecting as many rank points as possible to get more advantageous possition before draw for next WC.

Honestly? I'm affraid that on this field i'm helpless :(

experience, because of 3 years in sokker and responsibility? tell us please :)

i'm not a teenager who will treat NT like a toy. If people give me a credit of trust, i feel obliged to fill my promisses as best i can. I'm log-in almost every day and spend on SK around half of a weekend.
And i'm a "not giving up" kind of character :>

P.S.
sorry for my bad english. Is weak but good enough to comunicate i think...
2009-01-06 19:25:48
do you want to tell us more?
any promise(s)? e.g. all my player in U21? :D
long/short term goals?
do you have a team? going to form one? who will you be working/communicate with?
etc...
2009-01-06 22:04:20
i will not promisse anything what would be unfair or impossible to fulfill...

short term goal is creating my own database of players, maybe also something to autoupdate in cooperation with some other NT coaches.
long term, hmmm.... if long term is end of this season i would say that most important goal is crystalise A and B squad of best U20 yo players who will fight in eliminations to the U-21 WC, mobilisation of managers to train them as best as possible and capture possible best possition in U-21 ranking

i haven't team yet, i will try to do so if i win with volunteers from Malaysia firstly.

as mysprs noticed, there are few malaysian users who also candidating to this job. logically they would be invited firstly
2009-01-06 22:15:36
but one thing i can promisse for sure. if you or anabody else will need any advice or have a question about SK i will share my experience and knowledge as best as i can, and i must unbashedly admitt that it's quite large :D:D

obviously after win in elections :>

FYI, you don't really need to create your own DB.

Malaysia already have their own DB, and all the players latest updated skills are as recent as now up to 2 or 3 weeks ago. It is a quite complete database and updated too.

The reason it is quite complete is
1) local players - I scan all the players from non-BOT team from Malaysia, and ask all the owners to give me their players, and all are in the DB now. Base on Malaysia users base, it can be easily done.

2) foreign players - I update all the players that in the transfer market daily to the DB, and those that make the mark are constantly updated too with help from foreign users.

What you really need to do for DB, team up with Malaysia NT coach and work on the DB below.
http://www.sokker.domiciano.eng.br/ntdb/ranking.php?langcode=en&countryid=59

If you are elected,
1) you in charge on the age 16-21 and constantly communicate with the users for latest update and update it to the DB.
2) of course, if you can use some tools as you suggested, just in case I missed out any name, it is better still.

Feel free to have a look on the Dream Team for Malaysia for various age group. Notice the latest updated date there. It is updated.

And also please give some opinion on Malaysia U21 players listed there. Of course you do not have the skills, but you can see the top players here, and check their value and their scores for the last match and you know what quality we have.

Which department you think we need to improve, base on the little info that you have there?
2009-01-07 14:52:30
i saw that base earlier but didn't realised that it is so complete as you said...

there are only few top class prospects in teams with strong trainers squad, rest is avarage i would say and quite aligned...

lack of keeper is the most important weakness of this team. this would be the priority to find a manager who will train us a goalie. it shouldn't be so difficult i think. within one season we shold have a brilliant gk...

and general i'm impresed by your professionalism! with your help anybody could do this job...
2009-01-07 18:59:15
You are correct. We lack of quantity of quality players. And if you know their exact skills, some of the quality players that we have are almost have the same skills and play in the same position, leaving other positions without good players to play in first eleven.

Hopefully, the future U21 coach will work on this.

Keeper is a problem, and the problem is not so on getting the trainers, but rather asking the owner to sell it. A lot of communication need to be done just to convince the user to list their keeper in the transfer market.

Base on the above two points, in my opinion the future U21 must be the 'active type' which will work and communicate with the trainers, not really so the type that only trying his best to field the best tactic to beat teams.

They are just not enough qualities in Malaysian junior team that training should be priority number 1.

On the database, I must admit it is tedious thing to start with, but once it is updated like now, it is easier to maintain.

I really hope the future U21 coach will continue to monitor and update the latest players, it will not take so much of the time, since the DB is quite complete by itself.

If the future U21 neglected this, and once he leaves the jobs, I will need to spend alot of time to create back, after not maintained for quite some time. Start all over again is alot and alot of work. If it is maintained every week, it is an much more easier job.

And please assure that for any future U21 coach that does not plan to maintain the DB, and only create an excel sheet, where if he resign, we will start all over again, but online DB can be easily transition to the next coach, I will try my best to force him out the job.

Reason is not I does not give the freedom to the U21 to do it his own way, but rather if the DB is not maintained, I know one day I will do alot alot of works just to move it back on track.
2009-01-07 19:57:58
i understood your point. if i get this job, maintaince of this players database would be also a priority to me, because i hope to stay here for some longer time than one season :>

so i need to modify my short term goals to find a manager who would pay enough to entice any owner of our best gk trainees to sell them, keep the database actuall, and trying to find valuable youngsters in foreign ligues whom maybe was missed, arrange friendlies with possible weakest teams at the begining of season.

any other sugestions?
2009-01-08 01:06:14
Well, I think it should be ok, if you get the job and do most of the thing above.

As you said, we should not set our target higher and then overpromise.

Of course, it will be good if U21 coach and NT coach work together hand in hand to make the Malaysia forum lively again. How many message posted this week is more than what posted last two months.
2009-01-08 15:19:09
good luck

Hi,

There is an assignment for you. SInce you mention, you have always visited forums on other countries, and possible have some contacts, can you try to find a buyer for this future U21 player?

He is been advertised for quite some time, and have no buyer. Base on the strength of U21, if this guy get the right trainer, he will definitely will be a future U21 player.
