There is an assignment for you. SInce you mention, you have always visited forums on other countries, and possible have some contacts, can you try to find a buyer for this future U21 player?

He is been advertised for quite some time, and have no buyer. Base on the strength of U21, if this guy get the right trainer, he will definitely will be a future U21 player.

i checked the situation. this user is known from buying nice prosprects cheap and sell them for almost rudicullus high prices. if he can't find anyone to sell him, the most propably reason is excessive price demands...

but in the other way, as far as i know he have very strong trainers squads so this player should develop well in his team.


btw i have an advice for all malaysian users. today we have update of players age. it concern also youths in YS. juniors who came tomorow and in few next saturdays have highest chances to be very valuable on transfer market after pull, especially if they are 16yo. Even players with no proof of talent, but 16 yo at the begining of season are worth much. So it is good option to make some money, and by the way to boost number of malaysian prospects on market. If you haven't YS you don't even need a trainer... just open 6 slots in YS and wait for saturdays youths.
Juniors with skill avarage and higher and for less than 5-6 weeks to pull whom came to YS after update of age with some lucky can have reasonable skills and be 16 yo. Many of NT stars was born in this way...

Chance of succes isn't large but potential profits are high and cost is very low.

Sooner or later, need to try a buyer to train Taufek, because seems that the current trainers are not playing 4-3-3 and train striker. Most probably he trains Taufek long term pace, which is normal for this type of trainer who buy qualities and sell at high prices. They will buy alot so pace is the best training.

But Taufek without striker skills are nothing, he has only good striker only. Without striker training, he is nowhere near the U21.

i disagree with you. he have a lot of time to develop and pace is the slowest to train. let him train few levels more...

you need to make promise, of course selecting all my players is just a joke from me.

goals is what you hope you can do and promises is what you can do, like come to malaysia sokker forum often, update DB, scout players(either yourself or a team), plan with NT(senior), know who are the trainers and train what... etc

be more confident, an almost NT coach write in your thread and your thread has a lot more post than others.

you should try to do this even if you are not sure if you can be the U21 coach. if you have no luck, would you want to try again next season? if yes, wouldn't you want to try doing some work for malaysia so you have more experience and better prepare next time?

all of those activities are normal duties of NT coach and i'm ready to spend my time for them...
