Below is the repost on my speech on season I of me being the NT coach, this season. As stated, I appreciate Malaysian users for voting me last season. Now, I would like Malaysian users to vote me again.
The master plan is I need 3 seasons to turn things around. My first season, I would rate that I am on track. This is the first season for the last few seasons, Malaysia didn't went down on World Ranking place at the end of season, but went the opposite. Before I be in the NT setup, Malaysia drop to 64th placing, and under me, we are already move up to 60th placing despite being draw to a World Cup Group where 4 teams, Italy Scotland, Bulgaria and Japan are in Top 50 in the world ranking now. It is vital for me to continue working for Malaysia, so that we move up to 60th position, and get a favorable draw on next World Cup qualifying round, by seeding higher.
On the development side, I have manage to identify the core players around 40 to 50 of them, and work closely with the trainers. And next season, we will have a stronger side, although there are a few areas are still work in progress. Saying this I am aware by Malaysia standard now, taking care of players before they turn 18 are equivalently important.
On the bad side, I would think my communication with Malaysian users still have room of improvement, although I think there are quite alot of teams receive quite alot of emails from a NT coach, something that there didn't experience on past foreign coaches.
Please continue to vote me, and at the same time please offer yourself to the NT to help if you think you can contribute. We need more volunteers to share the workload. Thanks.

As most of you know, I owned one of the more senior teams in Malaysia. I have helped previous NT coaches Woob, condor and Tigermaster for scouting and certainly have great knowledge on Malaysian players. Alot of the current NT players are closely monitored by me since their youth time, and I have some input of developing them together with some of the trainers.
Why elect me?
1. Enough is enough. A lot of things has promised before from previous NT foreign coaches. Just see back their previous plans and objectives. Enough times are given to them, what has been delivered?
Where is the panel of assistants to work on Malaysia scouting and developments?
Where is the initiative to grooms Malaysian users to become better sokker managers and groom them to become future NT managers?
Where is the effort and claim to say have a lot of spare time and works on scouting Malaysia players and communicate with Malaysian users?
Being a Malaysian users, you will know exactly how frequent you are communicate4d to talk about sokker and NT prospects.
AND
Where is the results that they are talking about BETTER tactic and move MALAYSIA to TOp 50?
The FACT is we keep on beaten and beaten again, some by lower ranked country, instead of MOVING UP, we are MOVING DOWN in the world ranking.
The FACT is the better players are not used in the games, because the NT Coach do not scout for them, and do not know the latest skills they have.
The FACT is lower form players are keep on used despite they have equally good higher form players in the squad.
The FACT is Malaysian users are not getting interested to Malaysian NT performance ANYMORE!
IT IS TIME TO CHANGE!!
IT IS TIME FOR MALAYSIA TO HAVE A LOCAL PASSIONATE MANAGER THAT CARES FOR THE COUNTRY, NOT THOSE FOREIGN MANAGER THAT ONLY WANT NATIONAL TEAM GAMES BUT NOT INTERESTED SPEND THEIR TIME TO DEVELOP MALAYSIAN SOKKER!
2. CAN I CHANGE ALL THAT? Whilst I don't think I have the experience to make Malaysia to get immediate result immediately, I will try my best to address on
a) Scouting and giving advise on the best training for the NT prospect. Users need to know how far their players from NT standards, I will just communicate this to them, it is up to them to train them. But the communication must be there.
b) Select the best players, base on skills, tactics and form.
c) Monitor the transfer market and youth setup closely, and update the Malaysia Database as frequent as possible.
d) Continue improving my TACTIC skills, whilst addresss problem faced from Malaysia sokker community.
I WILL DO EXACTLY THE ABOVE AND THE PLAN IS
First Season - This season WORLD CUP is a learning curve.
Second Season - Continue to learn and experiment.
Third Season - I will try to get better result and move Malaysia to top 50 in the Next World Cup.
So, three seasons for me to reach TOP 50, if not, please SACK me.
But, if you can't give me the time, please don't VOTE me.
BUT THE WARNING IS, you will have new NT candidates come in and say they have the best tactic experience, and get result for MALAYSIA immediately, however, once they are in,
THEY COMPLAIN MALAYSIA DON"T HAVE THE PLAYERS, AND THEY DON"T WORK ON THE PLAYERS.
Do you want a repetition of this and this and this and this and again?

U said that Mefju (I dont know that he is zadzi) and I werent responsible because we give up helpin U in 2weeks time (in my opinion it was later, but it doesnt matter)
I wont agree- we as assistans, in Your opinion, had had to do everythin at Your command! That was sick situation!
Zadzi and I have orders to update the database, watching oponent matches, doin tactics (and sending them to mysprs) and scouting! SO MY QUESTIONS IS: what did u think we are? Slavers?

Ok, folks please see the attitude and you know what I mean.
First, please take note every week I used to update all the database, on all the players and I email most players there. There are not less than 300 players in the database. And please check the latest update date, I update all by myself. There is alot of hours itself.
And have I ask you all to update all. The answer is no.
My plan ionitially is
1) Zadzi - in charge of player from overseas only
2) Vobo - in charge of checking opponents strength and suggest on tactic
3) Ahjun - in charge of player from Malaysia only
4) Kenny - in charge of some special research I ask him to do
Myself on the first week do all the
1) friendly setup
2) identify gaps and talk to users on what to train
3) talk to users to sell if possible, if they are not interested to sale
4) talk to Malaysian users to help on training and buying players
5) monitor the new team, new players come out every Thursday
6) scan every Malaysia teams that has sell off their players in the hope some of them is good
7) monitor the transfer market either transfer listed or anouncement, and add them to the database
8) advise Malaysian trainers on their coach buildup by analysing their coaches skills and suggest coaches base on their budget.

If you think what the little thing that you did is a slave, please don't apply for Malaysia NT coach jobs. There is alot of thing need to be done.
I have give around 10% of work for you to do previously, and you complain it is a slave work.
Why you come back now and request the 100% work.
Have I ever ask you all to do my work, your work is not done, thus I have to cover your work too, on top of doing what I did above.

It`s rather unsuitable to tell him that he is lezy and he didn`t do nothing for Malaysia`s development ! Malaysia has a big raising recently and it is so obviously ! I can say it very patiently because I keep an eye on Malaysia from very long time !

First of all, let me tell you a fact, for many Database in other country, you need to work for a few seasons, then only you will get a Main Assistant to get full access of the database.
I treat you as the main helper, the first day, I give you the full access. Something, that even Tiger didn't do to me, I work myself up, hardworking and he keep on upgrading the access and give me more access as I do alot of update in Malaysia database. How many players are updated by you and Zadzi to date? The answer is less than 10.
On the first day of you working, you already get the access of all the Malaysian players in the database, this is how highly I appreciate my staffs.
Secondly, you lose an election last season. This is a fact. If you want to be NT coach or NT U21, you need to work yourself up. I gave you the opportunity, if you prove that you can work some of the portion, I will give you more work and more work and eventually, I will give you all the work and I retired.
