First thing first, it is very normal in any organisation, team and even government, that some one not agreeing with someone.


The question is have you drop me a mail, saying there is something that you don't think will work, and try to patch it up?

The answer is NO!! You just take the short cut out saying grandmother story that you have to study, so no time for sokker.


If this is the attitude and mindset that you have, you not happy and you quit, I am afraid, for a NT setup like this which requires teamwork, you are just not suitable for it.

The fact is you think running a NT is a easy job, when I give you work to do, you think that I overuse you not realising that actually there a really so much thing to do.


You haven't update a single database, and you cry you have so much to do. On the advise, I have no comment, I don't know what you are talking about, and also you must understand the role of an assistant, you give advise, and you have done your part.

You have no say on decision making, that is why you are not NT coach. However, I try to give you and Vobo certain tasks, as I would like to know who is better in which area. However, with the attitude that you all have, I can't see how you can work in a team. To work in a team, is to be frank and talk everything that you think that can improve the team.

Have you done that, or at least attempt to do it?

Please ask tiger have he update a single player in the database? He set up the database, and he leave all the players there without a single update. Just ask any single Malaysian users, does he drop email to update the players. But just before I kick him out, all the database of 100++ players are very up to date. Just ask tiger, tiger even asked me to be U21 coach because he sees me helping him so much. But once I said, I want to kick him out because he is not contributing, then only he is not happy. Before that he is very happy with my performance. Just ask him.

Just ask other Malaysian users does Tiger drop us mail.

The answer is no, that is why I want him OUT!

elections will end on 11th of May, and that's the day when i start my holiday.

my impression is that mysprs is a hardworking coach and very attached to malaysia NT.

Seriously mate - you can never be wrong can you!

You never ever wanted me in the Malaysian top Job, You never helped me out in the 1st season i was in the NT, during the 2nd (1st term and 2nd season in charge) you were against me the whole time... I had even won the election beforehand (which Condor won) but due to your hard campaigning I lost the election... What did condor do? Lost most matches. When i took back over, I had no database until near the end of the season, which could not be helped.. then you attacked me about a 12-0 Loss against USA, which was under Condor's management. (Quite similar to his current U21 management, where I know there could be plenty of improvements)

3rd season I was in charge I changed the database again, While I was still trying to figure out that Database I asked you to help out with the Database and you again attacked me about not having the database up to date - I have now figured out (Using the Australian NTDB) that there are easy ways to send off skmails (by clicking on the last update link) and writing a custom message which can be sent out to all players. It really has become as simple as a click of a button. When you told me that you were running for the Managers job, I saw my exit and moved home to the Australian U21 job. I decided to leave because I knew that I would be happy managing my own national players rather than Malaysia's. I also got out because I was sick of all the politics in Malaysian Sokker. Any move I made was criticised by you and the community was dead. Why would I stay in a dead end job?

You can say what you want mysprs, I really dont care any more - It just shows your Immaturity towards a game! It is what it is, A GAME! I play this game for fun, like most others, but when you get attacked by a user who is mixing the game with real life too much it stops being enjoyable and you start not wanting to play the game. I am sure that a number of players would have quit this game if they were getting as much crap from you that I did get.

As I have said, I am over it now, No point replying to me as I wont reply again, but Malaysia needs to see that this is a Dictatorship run by Mysprs and not a game!

nationality doesn't weight much for my vote. i didn't even say he is good or bad coach, just said he seems to work hard and care about Malaysia NT a lot.

some candidates look at Malaysia NT as practice ground, i voted all foreign coach before and now i vote mysprs, good luck to your election

Let me answer you if you ever wonder why? I always believe, NT is a 2 to 3 seasons job. Everytime, we change new NT coach, we start all over again. I support condor at that time, because he appears to have a formula that works, he brings in 3 staffs + me, there is 4 staffs working on the database. Condor bring Malaysia a database and a team. The team just finished keyed in 200 plus players and we have work on the weakness, of course it will take time.

And what happen, is in the election, you beat condor, by misleading Malaysian voters. I know you want the job badly, after losing it narrowly for the past few round. You mentioned that you have 8 staffs ready to be served against condor 4 staffs. You said you will work on the mentor system. And you said alot of things that condor don't do. And you won.

I do not support you for the first season and second season, because, I want to see what you can achieve without me supporting, since in the election campaign you boast that you have 8 staffs to work with you and have a better system than condor. And because of your eagerness to become NT coaches, all our previous works are gone down to drain, because the database is gone, because the team is gone, and what you promise do not materialise at all. No helpers, no mentor system, no training of Malaysian users to become national helper and etc. just see the top 8 pledges from your election speech.

I know, I need to bring you down at all cost by hook and by crook, because you are the liability for Malaysia national team. If not because of you, the condor database and teams shall already bear fruit. Don't mind about tactic, that doesn't important at that stage. The best 2 team in Malaysia toong and mysprs in terms of current ranking has played the same tactic for seasons, if you build your team good enough, that will give result. Anyway, tactic is the thing you can pickup when you play more match.

I admit condor has various flaws, but his database and team of staffs work at that time, and you destroy it and replace it with something that didn't work. But I always believe any national coaches needs 2 or 3 seasons, thus I give you that and see what you can achieve. And true enough, in your time, Malaysia ranking go down every season, users are leaving and so on.

I am not saying, I will support condor this season, because in my opinion last season he is not trying in U21. I can give you 2 or 3 seasons, but you must try. Thus, I can't support him, if he is not trying.

This is pure lie. I remember in the 3rd season of 12 weeks, I still see nothing is updated, and I just volunteered myself to help on the final 2 weeks, to update what you fail to do on the 12 weeks or 3 months. For 3 months, you have not key in a single thing, what for you need a database? If I can figure everything in 2 weeks time for a database discovered by you, what do you mean you need time to figure it out?

You can have fun and enjoy the game as you wish, but don't do it on the expense of Malaysia. In jawo and wooikeim time, we are around top 50, but on your time we go down to top 60. There are various area like for example, there is no goalkeeper coach for Malaysia, you don't identify, thus make U21 so week this season, because need to use a bad keeper. You are 3 seasons NT coach in Malaysia, don't blame this on condor for U21 weakness, where the problem is you don't identify it and work for it.

Again, you can have fun in the game all you wish, but don't do it on the expense of Malaysia NT sokker.

Just think in the other way, if I go to apply Australia NT coach, I get the job do nothing, screw up the whole existing system that is working before that, and then I tell you all Australians that "don't be so serious, it is just a game", you think you can buy that and allow me to continue become Australian NT coach? Think on other people shoe first, ok.
