Same, Tigermaster still doesn't get it.
When he or anyone come to apply for NT on any other country he needs to get result. Not with the attitude, "It is just a game, don't be so serious, ok, I can con my way to get the job and play friendly every week, I need not care to work with the users there, but they need to continue to vote me, or else they play politic."

Yeah. We hope to further improve this season.
BTW, last season when I took over Malaysia, Malaysia placed 64 position. And now, the day I elected Malaysia get 60 position. And consider new teams Phillipines, Thailand and Nicaragua get top 50 positions because of being new.
In other word, minus the three teams Phillipines, Thailand and Nicaragua, Malaysia actually improved 7th places in one season, the biggest jump in one season by any national team coach in Malaysia history. And also Malaysia beat Malta ranked 52nd in the world last week. And Malaysia nearly beat a top 50 team in Nippon in actual World Cup Qualifying game, where Nippon get two late goals to beat Malaysia 2-1.
Not of being boastful here, not my intention, what I am trying to say is Malaysia is already have the improvement, although my earlier intention for first season is just learning. All this can be done only with all the Malaysian users help on
1) frequent update of database
2) willingness to train their players, if not they will sell
3) some more wealthy Malaysian teams like toong and Attack Enemy actual broke the bank to buy Malaysian trainees, where they pay all over the odds on one player just for the reason of training
4) user like Buluman that always send me all his player details frequently to me for database update, on top of few Malaysian users that update it weekly on the database. This is very important to save me time to concentrate on other areas.
5) user like wooikeim that drop constructive suggestion for National Team
6) and a few lower league teams that willing to sell their only decent players for the sake of training
I haven't meet a single Malaysian users that don't cooperate, this is a very positive situation here in Malaysia.

Sorry mate - This statement is wrong!
And also Malaysia beat Malta ranked 52nd in the world last week, the first time a Malaysian team beat a team that is ranked higher than Malaysia before a game.
The last season that I was in charge - Malaysia beat Australia (rank 28-30 then) I do advise that you check your comments before you state them as they are not always true. I am keeping out of the forums in Malaysian Election time - and have no further interest in running the Malaysian NT. However when you say these things that are blatant lies I do urge you to check your statements before you state them otherwise you will get yourself into trouble. Pretty sure I also beat India twice in the previous WCQ who were in a 4th basket and ranked top 50, Malaysia was ranked low 50/high 60 and in the 5th basket. So one last time - Check your facts before you state them and everyone will be happy.
Otherwise best of luck for Malaysian NT this season and congratulations on your 2nd term as Malaysian NT manager

Tigermaster,
Thanks for pointing it out, I overlook on the Malaysia vs Australia game, although I believe it is not Australia first team nor even second team because only 3 players that played in that game is the current Australia NT squad of 35. However, a win is a win. Apologise for that.
On India it is my mistake to overlook your achievement on beating India twice. I should give you credit where it due. If I make a mistake, I will apologise. So, my sincere apology to you.
Thanks for the well wish.
