I wanna see change in Malaysia U21 team, and i think he will do good job for us.So then i would like Malaysian player to vote for him :D Lets see what he can do for us.

Jijo or aurora,

Do you know who Malaysia U21 group with for World Cup U21 qualifying? If yes, please give an overview which team you all think you can beat.

If no, please find out if you are serious for this election.

U21 GROUP L

1. Chile U21

2. India U21

3. Ireland U21

4. Lietuva U21

5. Al Maghrib U21

6. Malaysia U21

ChileU21,IndiaU21,IrelandU21,U21Lietuva strong team in Malaysia U21 group, Malaysia U21 got high chance to beat AlMaghribU21. Must win :) Any coach who will handle U21 Malaysia must win this game. :)

:))) ...

Yes ... but not just Al Maghrib U21 !
I think that Malaysia has very big potential so all the teams will have problems with us ! .. ;)
2009-05-03 06:42:31
i agree that AlMaghrib U21 is the only beatable team.

The other team is not Malaysia U21 range, a few things to consider like
1) low stamina on almost all U21 players, especially the only good striker we have that has poor stamina, which means he can only play 45 minutes
2) does not have goalkeeper that has goalkeeper training
3) does not have the right players on the U21 and etc

I will be happy if the new U21 coach able to beat AlMaghrib U21 for any scores and build on (talk and coordinate and convince with trainers that own the players to do the training.)

It is important that NT coach know the strength and weakness of the team and work on the weakness, not giving empty promise they can beat the whole world, and end up returning telling Malaysia has too many unskillful players. FYI, we have gone through this stage over and over again.

And it is important to realise that even though we have the potential on some of the players, but without ensuring that they get the right training, that is same that we don't have.

There is far too many times, where we have the potential players, and the foreign teams that owned them do not know the player is good enough for NT, and just train them pace and nothing else to sell it on better price. Thus, we lose the players.

To me, the number 1 task of U21 is not winning matches, (I don't think it is possible anyway, not that I am negative, but I am realistic) but to identify the areas where we needs training, and the coach must ensure that teams that owned them either train them or sell them. In any sport U21 competition suppose is to identify talents to grow the game.

The previous U21 coach did not do that, and true enough, this year U21 talents are less attractive than last year due to this.

I like coach that are realistic, at least they will not waste a few months to realise they are over ambitious, and decide only to build after a few months and we waste time there.

Coaching U21 is different with coaching club game, where you can use money to buy the weak position in the team. In U21 and national team, the only way is to train the position that you weak of, and that involve

1) collecting data of all your players every two weeks, thus you know where the weak position is
2) talk to owner to train them, and assist them for any help needed, for example the prospect of their players, of if they want to sell, find buyers for them, so that you can ensure the right trainer train them.

And because of all this works, you basically need a team. Those U21 coach applicants that are serious of this work, and can show that they have a team for this, will get some advantage.

Yes, i agree with u myrprs. because of that realistic i said we can have a big chance to win over al maghrib u21, not just to give so much promise to win like some candidates do. :)

I can`t understand what you want to say jijo ?!?
2009-05-07 09:13:39
go go go... my vote is for jijo.

so dont promise, just do. haha....
2009-05-07 13:12:37
vexed , I want to ask you why jijo ? Which are his priorities over the other candidates ?

Can you give proof of yourself ? :)))
2009-05-07 18:31:56
Well, personally i think he is a good player, and very experimental i could say.

I have been asking a few tips from him and his advise was somehow valuable.
He has shared with me some of his findings from his past "experiments" with players, strats, training and so on. Most of his tips was valuable for me a newcomers in this game.

I could see he is passionate about this game and giving his best to be good at this game. and some of his friends also seems to be a good player so i think he has the support he need to run U21.

well i dont really know the other candidate so I cant say anything about them but I think he would be a great coach if hes been given the oppurtunity

btw, i think he and his friend was rumoured to once run the banned "hantu bola" team. O.o
2009-05-07 18:42:41
Ok .. thanks for the answer .. and you know it is your own opinion ... :)))

My opinion is that the priority that he has got over the other candidates is only that he is Malaysian , but in SOKKER IT`S NOT IMPORTANT and it doesn`t mean that he`ll do well with his job... !

But if he win I`ll support him because I already said that I`ll help Malaysia ... :)))
2009-05-07 18:58:35

2009-05-07 19:06:28
Well done !!

I`m happy that you support him so much .. because I think it is the really friend ! There aren`t so much friends like you these days ... :))))
I think that if all Malaysian support each other and if they are united it`ll bring success in the soon future ... :))))
2009-05-07 19:11:48
again, yes statically being malaysian doesnt give any advantage in sokker.
but being malaysian give us the pride to bring the name through this game.

we a bearing "malaysia" with pride and would like to see it grew...

the heart could also play a big role in the game.
