This page is for the to be elected U21 NT Coach to have a base to work around from the database that Malaysian users build. This is the result of hard work we, Malaysian always update their players in the database.


To be NT Coach suppose to have analyse the players suggested by the database as at above and

1) select the players for the squad.
2) rectify which areas need training most and work on that areas with the trainers.
3) identify good players that don't make it to top 40, and talk to trainers to suggest training.


Future U21 U21 NT coach of Malaysia, please maintain this page, or else, we know that you don't do your work, and we will vote you out on the next election.

P/S: The above requirement is not the requirement to select players to play in U21 games. It is just a requirement to identify 40 players, and we will look at the 40 players what they need to train. If we use a proper requirement and generate the list, we will only have 3 or 4 players in the list.
