It is pity you don't continue on the U21, I know it is a tough fight. And before you pull out, there is 15 voters vote, and after you pull out it is 8 voters vote. If not all the 8 vote goes to aurora, you might even lead the race.
So, I would guess the score is 8-7, and it will down to the wire. And what seems is a tough competition, is not materialised.
As toong say, experienced count. You have better experience than aurora. However, you have least experienced compare to me.

Also what tigermaster said is absolutely correct. You must understand the culture here. First of all, most of the sokker users here are the working adults, in their 20s to 40s. If they want to chat and forum, sokker forum is the last place to go. Anyway, there is not alot of users here, so no one really will want to go to a forum with less than 10 active users.
However, most of the users here even the very inactive one, are very very concern on the NT development. You just see on how fast their reply, when I send out the update notice to them on Aug 21, the day when all the players are aged, within 4 days, there are more than 80 percent of them update the database. And some of them have communicated with me on how to train the players, and I can confirm that the numbers that I have talk this few days are more than the number that have vote so far.
You see, what Malaysian needs here is not a forum to talk, but a one to one player development. One to one is better than mass, most of the time. Just that it will not very possible happen in other country as the user base is big, in Malaysia it is very possible.
The question here is, so far no foreign coach understand this, and all the foreign national coach so far, hardly email to malaysian users.

i don't know why, but you seem like a very solid person with a lot of willingness to help malaysian nt grow and improve.
and the other factor, that doesn't mean as much as your experience and commitment, is that you're an opponent of mysprs.

i didn't realize you are running for NT, very weird that you don't try to go for the relatively easier task first.
I personally think that ollanders_! has been mislead that he has least chance in U21 than the NT coach.

I think U21 is much more difficult.
The players are popping every week so you must do a lot of scouting work which you don't have to do in the first team.

i believed mysprs do scouting for Malaysia players, not sure if he scout opponents.

In your competition nobody change his line up but I think that you can't play against Polska with the same line up as against Nippon..

what i mean by 'easier task' is that i thought getting votes for u21 look easier compared to NT. i guess you got a deal with other candidate, good luck to you
